When I told them they would have to wait until I got to the house to look at the invoice the repairman started yelling at me "I knew you would not pay". He then went to the backyard and remove all the parts and installed back the old parts. I could not believe after 6 weeks and all these trips these guys would act like this. The "5" stars actually belong to the guys that came out and did the actual work. With that said, if I had to give a 'star' rating on communication between our salesperson, my husband or myself, I would only be able to give "3" stars. When we started the whole process, it was going to be a pool and a patio build. In the end, we chose the patio to be Part 1, with the pool coming in 2022. But the lack of communication from the salesman was quite aggravating. Despite already accepting responsibility, they refused to refund or properly replace the heater they damaged. After weeks of back-and-forth, delays, and excuses, they finally offered to replace it -- but with a cheaper, off-brand heater, not the brand and quality of the original equipment they broke. To make matters worse, their chemical mismanagement caused extremely high alkalinity, which resulted in guests' hair turning green -- a clear sign of improper water balance and potentially damaging to skin and hair. This is especially alarming for anyone who hosts guests or values safety. The lack of accountability, professionalism, and urgency throughout this process has been exhausting and IS STILL NOT RESOLVED. This happend in August!
