They walked us through all the options, gave estimates for everything, even took drone shots of our roof so we could see exactly what work they proposed and why. They installed a rubber roof on our low-slope kitchen addition and did a very nice job of it. The one hiccup was that a contractor forgot to clean up all the nails before leaving. To my surprise, the owner of the company personally came out to apologize and went around our back yard with a magnet to clean up the remaining debris himself. My project started last Oct still not done, had to redo all the siding they put up the first time and still not right I could've pulled the whole side of my house off in one pull. Good luck trying to get ahold of them or find any sort of resolve. I feel bad for the estimators and the good guys that work there. That company is ruining their reputation. They don't clean the job site or speak English. Then you'll have the contractors texting you and telling you they have a guy that can fix your ac line that they hit with three inch roofing nails. 1/10 the gutters are good. That's it
