First Rate went well above and beyond to fix an issue that happened during the move. The movers were very careful but in transporting a rather delicate bench, the arm was broken. Brian drove up to our house in Annapolis to repair it. And not only did he come once, but he came back a second time to make sure it was done properly and to our satisfaction. I would say that is pretty unusual in today's business environment. This was such a personal response that truly showed how these people care!

He worked with me to schedule a time which was actually earlier than I had asked for, which was better for both of us. He arrived early, and began right on time with two of his assistants. They emptied a very-full 20-foot truck in two hours, which was the time we had agreed upon. Some of the items were extremely heavy and needed to go down a flight of stairs, but they never complained and got everything exactly where I needed it without hitting any of the walls. Everybody did a fantastic job, and I would highly recommend them. Great bunch of guys for your next move!
