Pro Exteriors are great to work with. They replaced a roof for us on a 1920s bungalow and replaced a large window for us on a 1970s ranch home. They are very professional and at the same time very approachable. They will work directly with your homeowners insurance in the case of storm damage and provide all data and photos to your insurance company and fight to get you the best reimbursement. They communicate clearly with all involved, whether tenants, homeowners, insurance adjusters or the municipality (for permits). They return calls quickly, show up when they say they will and do highest quality work. read more

Established in 2005.

Pro Exteriors was started in 2005 by Aaron Rogers. Aaron grew up in the construction industry and had a passion for working with his hands. Over the years the company evolved into a leading exterior home remodeling company in the Delaware & Maryland shore. Pro Exteriors has earned certifications from such brands as GAF, CertainTeed, Mastic, Velux, WOLF, Azek/Timbertech, and many more. We were awarded GAF's Triple Excellence award for 2017 for excellence in training, installation and consumer protection. We were recently honored to be part of the Qualified Remodeler Top 500 home improvement contractors in the nation at #488. We continue to work hard to bring our clients the highest level of quality and costumer service.

Meet the Business Owner: Aaron C.

Aaron got his start in this business working for his father's construction company. From a young age, Aaron was always fascinated with how things were built. It didn't take long for him to choose his career path. After graduation, Aaron focused on growing his skills and learning all aspects of the business. In 2005, Aaron opened his own company. Mostly being a subcontractor for other contractors. A small Yellow Page ad was placed and customers started to roll in. With a focus on quality and integrity, Aaron grew the company to what it is today.

I had a metal roof installed in 2018. I had on-going problems with it until the pandemic hit…read more After the pandemic I couldn't find that roofer and a handyman seemed to fix the problems. Unfortunately, the leaks started again this March. I got estimates and Kyle seemed to make the most sense. He showed me pictures and explained carefully how the metal roof was bad and that installation caused damage to the siding. I got financing through him and signed contracts. His contract included getting the permits and a GAF warranty on the roofing materials! A week or so later he and his crew were here to install a newer roof. He found what was causing the problems and made the corrections needed. Even when I disagreed with Kyle about 2 of 3 skylights, he found me a solution. Then, they came back and installed new siding. There were days of banging and shaking during the installations, but the results are gorgeous! Take pictures before the work is done so everything can be put back where you had it. He and his crew were considerate, patient, and very professional! Hopefully, I now have a secure home without moisture building up and a roof that will not leak for at least 10 years! Our home is not an easy roof to take on (very very steep) and we had to make sure we were getting the best for what we pay(two out of four of the bids we received 2 companies in particular .. wanted a FORTUNE and these companies tried to high pressure to sell us like car salesmen from the 1970s but G Fedale was completely different was great how their rep just answered our questions, gave us a price for 5 or 6 different options like a different shingle cost different pricing type thing so we really liked that actually felt like we were ordering off a menu and fitting our budget with the roof that we wanted .. We chose the GAF Harvest shingle almost and I mean almost went for the DOW solar shingle which would have been awesome but GAF looks great... saving with the energy though.. Something I kind of wish we went the Solar route.. although this roof today literally looks like the magazine picture we were shown. A tree limb punctured a baseball sized hole through my roof. Because of the age of the roof, the insurance company agreed to replace the shingles on one side of the roof. I contacted Keith Brock of Pro Exteriors and he immediately walked me through the process of obtaining an estimate through replacing the entire roof. He came to my home many times prior to the replacement to discuss the different options we had available. Keith even worked directly with my insurance company, which allowed us to replace the entire roof at a cost significantly less than double the repair cost of the damaged half! Whenever there was a question Keith thoroughly explained the answer and again contacted the insurance adjuster to explain. The crew that replaced the roof was fantastic and removed the old shingles and replaced the entire roof in less than a day, which included removing and replacing a ridge vent and rain gutters!! The roof looks great and very nicely matches our cedar sided home, without looking like a new roof!! I strongly recommend Keith Brock and Pro Exteriors. read more

I hired Pro Exteriors to replace my roof this past Spring. My home in Rehoboth Beach was damaged in the beginning of the year from the high winds. The team at Pro Exteriors came out and did temporary repairs to keep my home safe during upcoming rains. We received an estimate for our new roof and were presented with a Golden Pledge warranty. The crew showed up at 7am on the day of the job. They protected my landscaping and decks with plywood and tarps. The crew completed the job in 1 day and cleaned everything up like they had never been there. My home looks brand new and I could not be more satisfied with our decision to hire Pro Exteriors.
