It said the dressing was Ponzu but I know that it was pure Soy as it was so salty. Ponzu has citrus and a sweet and salty finish. But it was ok. My friend had a burger which he did not recommend. Most people I saw were eating finger food which is probably your best bet here. It was so busy the staff couldn't keep up, but they were super friendly. They need to build a wall by the entrance so the band members aren't in the entry way, organize the stage and move that ATM machine! Otherwise, Longley's is a decent local watering hole with solid entertainment!
