Most of the big corporate companies gave us inflated quotes and made us feel like just another job number. Him and I had a good working relationship. I can't say the same about my new tech as he doesn't speak english and the new manager won't facilitate a way for us to communicate. I ask her to call me again and she sends me an even bigger wall of text. I felt like I was in a fight with my highschool girlfriend. The kicker is that she is blatantly incompetent. It wouldn't even be that bad, but she is also incredibly unreasonable. I know she has a lot going on in life right now as other reviewers have mentioned, but not taking ownership of a problem, trying to gatekeep communication, and treating customers this way is obviously not the right way to run a business.
