They came out to do exposed aggregate concrete work at my home, and somehow managed to match my existing 20-year-old concrete almost perfectly. The finished work blends in beautifully, which I honestly didn't think would be possible given the age of the original concrete. What impressed me even more was their commitment to making sure I was completely satisfied. After part of the work had already been completed, I requested a change. Even though it meant additional work, David was incredibly accommodating. He came back, tore out a portion of the newly poured concrete and redid it for me -- at no additional charge. It looks great, and his team were professional and friendly. Everything was on time and early. The work and materials are high quality to last a long time, worth the value. They didn't try to cut corners. He gave me instructions to water the concrete to prevent cracks and included a stabilizer, which is something previous contractors did not do (one of our other concrete pads cracked all over pretty soon after). We used a Sierra base color with a Desert Tan release color and a sealer that gave it the brown / tan finish I was looking for. I will definitely be using their services again!

Ease of quoting process Before coming out in person, they were able to give us a ballpark price based on dimensions, fence type, and site images. No bait and switch In ironing out the details, there was some miscommunication about whether staining was included. Dago was able to meet us halfway with the price increase. This honest business style continued throughout the project and no change orders or unexpected price increases happened. 3. Detail oriented Throughout the project, we discussed details such as fence posts placement relative to tree roots, post height, etc. Dago was both available in person and by email via his assistant Maria. It ended up being a decent size job, with a fair amount of digging for the drains and demo of the old stairs, took a couple weeks to complete the job. Nate was a pleasure to work with, responsive, had great ideas about how to tackle the job, and his pricing was totally fair. Most importantly, as you can see from the pictures, they did excellent work. Finally, they stood behind their work, a few cracks showed up maybe 6 months after the job (100% not their fault, we deal with a driveway that shifts a ton from the weight of a steep slope we are on) and they repaired the cracks no questions asked and free of charge. I know he does jobs much larger than this but he never made our job feel insignificant or unimportant, and followed through like a true pro. I'd use him or recommend him again, no question.
