They were clear on what work would need to be done or what they anticipated. They made sure to do quality work, not risking future moisture issues or leveling issues. Based on that experience we chose to use 916 again when we needed carpet. Again they were very flexible, working with us to be able to schedule while trying to close on the new house. The crew was also professional and the job turned out great. We really love the new carpet. We would highly recommend 916 floors!

Our floor was torn up in a hallway/master bath & master bedroom due to a flood. He arrived and talked through our options with us and got back to us in a reasonable time to schedule & get to work. We had a quote from another floor guy but we really liked Josh & his quote was great so we were in. The work itself took about a day a half and the patchwork was seamless. He was able to reuse many of the floor pieces to fix the main areas and we are now off to get the remaining bedroom carpeted. We woulda went with him for this as well but that was outside of his scope. Nevertheless the job was done below budget and quickly might I add. He also fixed a linen cabinet that had been removed due to the water damage. He was meticulous and thorough in cutting and replacing the baseboards as well. We cannot recommend him highly enough. You will not find a better price for such high quality of work. Thank you, Josh's Flooring!

5 Stars - Above and Beyond Service!…read more I am beyond impressed with Josh and the vinyl floor installation he did in my home! From the start, Josh was incredibly flexible and easy to work with. He was more than willing to work around my schedule and kids, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated that he allowed me to take on some tasks myself to save money, but still provided expert guidance and top-quality materials to ensure the remodel looked fantastic. When I decided to remodel other areas of my home, Josh was kind enough to return once I had completed those sections, making sure everything was done right and looking seamless. His consistent, professional communication and thoughtful responses to all of my questions made the entire process even better. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and personable professional to handle your flooring or remodeling needs, I can't recommend Josh highly enough. The end result was exactly what I hoped for, and I will definitely be reaching out for any future projects!

Very disappointed with the customer service at this location. After visiting about five times, we…read morefinally purchased over $7,000 in flooring. We then returned and spent another $4,000 on carpeting for just one room and a closet, spending over $11,000 here in total. Before our flooring purchase, Trixie told us that unused, unopened boxes could be returned with a 25% restocking fee. The store came to our home twice and measured our floors, yet we ended up with two extra unopened boxes. When we tried to return one, Trixie told us for the first time that there was a five-box minimum and pointed to the contract. That may be what the contract says, but it is NOT what she represented to us when we made the purchase. Customers should be able to rely on what a salesperson tells them. But also, she stated that they try to overestimate the quantity as a favor to their customers by a few boxes. Why weren't we told this beforehand and if so, why didn't the over estimate by at least 5 boxes so there's an opportunity to return unused boxes. Seems to me like a scam to require their customer to buy a few more boxes than needed to line their pockets. What is especially disappointing is the complete lack of customer appreciation after spending over $11,000 here. We were actually planning to return and replace the carpeting throughout our entire second floor. After being treated this way, we will absolutely take that business elsewhere. They were sweet as pie when they wanted our money, but the customer service changed once they had it. We will not be returning. Take your business elsewhere, where your money and your patronage will be treated with appreciation and respect. BTW, Floor & Decor does not charge a restocking fee and has no minimum box requirement return, and they're just down the street.

Some of the well-known companies I contacted quoted around $6,000 more than Artur's company. Artur offered the most reasonable price without compromising on the quality of the work. He also charged very little for moving furniture and was able to reuse our existing baseboards after repainting them, which saved us even more money. I was also impressed that Artur provided a detailed estimate shortly after our in-person meeting. The estimate clearly broke down all the costs, so there were no surprises. Artur also introduced me to a flooring warehouse in Sacramento. The staff there was very kind and even allowed me to take several LVP samples home so I could see which ones matched our house best. Another thing I appreciated is that Artur's company has its own employees, so I didn't have to worry about subcontractors. They completed the entire job on time, and I'm very happy with the result. Overall, I had a great experience with Artur and his team. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a reliable and reasonably priced flooring contractor!

She patiently listened and answers our questions. During the installation, Flavia came out a few times to ensure everything was going well. She also helped find just the right transition pieces to work with the existing flooring outside the baths. The installation was a two day process. It went very smoothly and was handled in a way that caused the least amount of disruption for us. Our installer was skilled and did a great job not only with the tile, but with new baseboard and a new toilet installation in one of the baths. He was great to work with. Flavia came out one last time after the installation to ensure everything was good and that we were happy with the result. Pro Floors' cost estimate was in the middle of the three estimates we received. But, our choice was based more on our experience during the initial visit than anything else. We were not disappointed.
