Once the project was started we were so impressed with the first bathroom, we asked if we could add a few more projects. We added new flooring(which looks amazing) painted the living room, kitchen and hallway (very nice) also painted the kitchen cabinets an amazing sage green(HGTV inspired) painted the fireplace mantel and distressed it, after all that we replaced our 60+ year old 10' slider door and added shades for privacy. Robin was made aware he was our first quote and we had several lined up throughout that next week. During that time my husband had emailed all plans we had from our HOA to Robin. The following day on the 8th he accepted and stated "I'll get it written up in the next day or two." On Friday the 11th he reached out letting us know he had business in LA and would be very busy over the weekend but that he had questions so to be prepared. On Sunday the 13th I reached out asking for a contract by EOD. He let us know he would have it today the 14th and again he had questions so be prepared to answer them. After waiting a week for a contract to sign we decided to move on. He is unprofessional and rude. Just read for yourself the way he speaks to clients. Robin clearly cannot handle polite rejection. Robin, take your own advice next time and don't reply just move on.

They fixed, and significantly upgraded, a load-bearing wall that was terribly done before. They went over every detail so we got the design we wanted, with a great view of the living room. The electrician also identified some other issues and helped make the home safer. With a 2 year old and the little one on the way, I can't tell you how much it helps to have the peace of mind of a well-supported 2nd story and a potential electrical fire avoided. Also, a shout out to the drywall and painting teams. They were extremely courteous and considerate, especially considering we were ALL SICK WITH FEVERS that week! Yep, that was fun. Last point, regarding cost. Nader clearly made every effort to get this on budget and I appreciate that. The extra costs that were needed were very much justified and he didn't assume our approval, rather wanting to be sure we were ok with it first. While some aspects were fine, we quickly noticed major issues: cracks in the ceiling, badly hung cabinets and drawers, a crack in our new wood flooring, and numerous required touch-ups. I reached out shortly after completion, and again at 6 months. Both times, they promised to follow up and completely ghosted us. * Second Experience (Recent Bathroom Remodel): We decided to give them a second chance to redo our tub/shower combo because we heard they were under possibly new ownership. We again paid cash. Unfortunately, nothing has changed. We are facing the exact same issues: shoddy workmanship with no oversight and a total lack of communication.
