After a $300+ repair, it leaked the very next time we used it, causing over $2,000 in damage. That repair should never have been done, and the technician should have advised us to replace the unit. We gave them the benefit of the doubt that he did what he thought was best and called them back for a dryer issue. This technician said nothing was wrong, yet the problem has continued. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. There won't be a third time.

The technician arrived on time, looked at my issue and repaired the dryer with parts he had with him. The price was comparable to other service quotes , without an upcharge for same day service. I had booked the installer they use and had to reschedule the installer for another date. I booked an appointment and on the morning of the appointment the flooring company they contract with canceled. So you're telling me they only have two guys for all of Home Depot to do flooring installs? Plus they couldn't reschedule me for the same day. The entire experience is horrible. Home Depot may offer some deals here and there and products here and there, but their service and their follow-through and customer service is horrendous. The GS flooring company I would not recommend but that's the only flooring company Home Depot uses. So unfortunately now you're stuck they've got your money and you have no recourse at this point. Customer Service has gone down the hill. No one cares about their jobs anymore. They fleece the American public in general. The American people get screwed over by corporations. Turns out they don't have the displays out, but I can go to the checkout to find the sizing kits. The lady at the checkout wasn't so helpful either, I was looking for a sizing kit to purchase so I can wear for 24 hours. But she just kept telling me to tell her the ring size I need and she will bring it out to me to purchase. Only problem is, oura ring number 5 is on preorder right now. So she probably can't go and grab it for me. I just said thank you and walked out. Overall my experience was remarkably unhelpful. I'll try another location and hope for a better experience.
