We were told that the appliances would be in their warehouse waiting for our instruction about the final delivery date. In early, we confirmed the delivery schedule. The DAY of the delivery, I was notified by email that my appliance was "back ordered". Huh? I ordered them in July! It turns out they lie about ordering them and having them in their warehouse. It turns out that, as a result, my kitchen project was severely delayed costing me thousands of dollars. They gave me $500 as "compensation" (on a $25,000 order) It they aren't crooks, they are liars. if they aren't liars, they are bad business people. In any case - STAY AWAY FROM PLASS!!!!!!! Low and behold, the extended warranty is now worthless as Plass shut down all of their stores, and there is no parent company to honor the warranties for people. There seems to be some sister corporation based in St. Louis, but thus far, we have have to jump through hoops and it has been a tedious process even trying to get thru to this company between sending written letters and voice-mails in between the last two weeks of the Christmas and New Years holiday.. Our stove's "self-cleaning" feature hasn't worked in awhile, so it appears we are now stuck. Should we get through to this possible sister company and get resolve, we will be happy to not only update our review but provide information to anybody else this same situation may have happened to..     Purchased engineered hardwood flooring for installation. installers showed up on time. Before…read morethey looked at the subfloor, they said may need to sand it. Okay, maybe an extra $200. They removed the old carpet and found out from the office it would be $588 more. Well now I'm stuck with no floor. That much extra cost for an extra hour of work? Called the Home Depot complaint line twice and was told I have to deal with the store. Called me back once with voicemail. Called them back and was told they would check. Been over a week with no contact. Probably won't by any flooring products from them again.

I called them to verify they were there at the store when I went to pick them up only five boxes were there. I went home called them a couple days later when they said the other box would ship, they said those boxes were there. I went there to pick them up and those boxes were not there. I had to go back a third time to finally get the boxes when I got there, they had no idea where the packages were and It took an hour for them to find them. They only use one installer for the floor. I had booked the installer they use and had to reschedule the installer for another date. I booked an appointment and on the morning of the appointment the flooring company they contract with canceled. So you're telling me they only have two guys for all of Home Depot to do flooring installs? Plus they couldn't reschedule me for the same day. The entire experience is horrible. Home Depot may offer some deals here and there and products here and there, but their service and their follow-through and customer service is horrendous. The GS flooring company I would not recommend but that's the only flooring company Home Depot uses. So unfortunately now you're stuck they've got your money and you have no recourse at this point. Customer Service has gone down the hill. No one cares about their jobs anymore. They fleece the American public in general. The American people get screwed over by corporations. Then they respond apologizing yada yada yada put some link below for you to fill out a Webform and you can't even click on it to enter any information. It's all a bunch of BS.

    Pretty pitiful, I want to order the new Oura ring 5 online,…read morebut I thought I would go to a store and look at the display first. One to reconfirm my ring size is the same as Oura ring 4 and to see if I want rose gold or regular gold. I walk into the store and am greeted. I ask the employee where I can find the Oura ring display and he vaguely points to a corner of the store. I go that direction thinking as long as he sends me to the general direction of where the rings are, then I can manage to find it myself. The rings were not in that direction, so I spent the next 6-8 minutes looking for the rings. I could not find them and it took another 5 minutes until I was able to find another employee. Turns out they don't have the displays out, but I can go to the checkout to find the sizing kits. The lady at the checkout wasn't so helpful either, I was looking for a sizing kit to purchase so I can wear for 24 hours. But she just kept telling me to tell her the ring size I need and she will bring it out to me to purchase. Only problem is, oura ring number 5 is on preorder right now. So she probably can't go and grab it for me. I just said thank you and walked out. Overall my experience was remarkably unhelpful. I'll try another location and hope for a better experience.
