I have been a customer of A & E Vacuum for over 15 years. I initially bought the Sebo upright vacuum, but realized being older this vacuum was too heavy for me. So, I went to A & E Vacuum for a Sebo K3 Canister, because I was very displeased with the previous Sebo Dealer that was closer to me. Since that time there has been more Dealers that have opened closer to me, but I continue to drive out to A & E Vacuum. Their service is impeccable, they are honest, fair and treat their customers with the utmost courtesy. They really appreciate their customers' loyalty, and really go out of their way to help them. I went in the store to buy parts for an existing Dyson vacuum. I ended up buying a new Dyson and had mine fixed. These are very friendly, knowledgeable people that can help you decide what to buy or answer any questions you have. Why go to a big box store for a vacuum when you can go here and try one before you buy it. They also are the same price or lower than big box retailers. I like to purchase from a store where I can also go to have service done. I need them to have competitive pricing great service and be friendly and courteous. A&E Vacuum is great when it comes to servicing my Dyson as well as the Riccar vacuum I purchased from them. Yes I have two vacuums. When we replaced the carpet on our second floor the carpet was longer than the previous carpet and I needed a vacuum that could handle it. The staff of A&E Vacuum educated me as well as demonstrated why I need a Riccar. I always make sure to bring my vacuums in once a year for servicing.
