He asked what we were looking for and told us a little of the store and said he'd be around if we had any other questions. He was the only one who checked on us a couple times. Personally, I like that there was no one constantly asking but some people would feel it wasn't enough customer service. I went in looking for a night stand. There were so many but not exactly what I was looking for. I was also surprised to find a lot of selection and a few that were on clearance. Some of them were a little pricey for me but they were all very nice and looked of good quality. Will probably be back in the future for other furniture

We were wandering around and first didn't find anything. Then went into Slumberworld and bought a bed and frame. Upon coming out after closing that sale, we then saw a few workers who came up to us and asked if we needed help. Told Clifford what we were looking for and he pointed us in a direction of a gray dresser. But we found a couple others on our own and went with a different option. We decided we were going to purchase it and the store was coming to a close but we felt rushed out while signing papers to complete the transaction. We were hoping to go over the paperwork as we did for our Slumberworld purchase, but he just asked for our payment told us delivery was on Monday. We just wished for the acknowledgment and the personable experience as we did with Gerry. But overall we are still grateful we found what we were looking for and are happy with our dresser selection.

She just graduated from Navy boot camp on Sept 17. I am so proud of her. I was able to go to Chicago to see her ceremony. It was beautiful. Coming back home I had some great loss. I lost my first love, my baby girl, my Alpha, my "Boss dog Nala", within 12 hours also lost my brother, while being really sick and trying to make it through the days. I decided Sunday, that was the day to get up, get out and do something meaningful. I went to Pictures Plus in Ka Makana Ali'i. I was greeted immediately and while I waited for the person their to finish with her customer I walked around to see the options. When it was my turn the woman who I later found out her name is Kalei was pleasant, layed out my first order...my daughters picture, a picture of her shipmates, the different coins for her division and started offering different options. She explained the amazing time and detail they put into the work and even gave me options on different prices and materials. Overall, I was pleased. We decided we would wait when I get back with my daughters name plate to start the process, she was very patient and did not rush me at all. Then came to my baby's items. I wanted to frame her hair, nose print and paw print, but I was terrified to leave all that. Afraid the clay would break, thinking all the "what if's", freaking myself out with "what if they lose the items?" It was not easy for me to leave that, but Kalei's heart, patience and reassurance helped my anxieties. I left with peace in my heart, but definitely said before I left..."please take care of my baby". I am excited and can't wait to see what both frames looks like. I stopped in today to drop off my daughters name plate. Kalei was there again. Pleasant, inviting and reassuring, she mentioned my baby Boss dog Nala's things were picked up and is being worked on and she is excited to see it. SO AM I! Thank you. Thank you for your compassion, experience and care. Look forward to getting the call that its ready for pick up. I recommend this place to EVERYONE. I will return with a picture of my babies when I pick it up. I will tell you all about it. Stay TUNED!

This allowed me to set my Temperpedic BedRiser/Boxframe and my Serta Form mattress together without it being to large for me to get up (it's still rather high but I like it that way!). He was very professional and the whole job after Taxes cost about 1400 dollars which is about average considering other big box places charge around the same for much more low quality wood. All this wood is solid and easily breaks down with no tools required! I love it! They also designed and made three separated roller drawers for storage underneath which makes good use of the underside of the bed. I am already using Danny to make me some new cabinet doors as well as I was so impressed with the finish and craftsmanship of his wood. Now you don't have to spend as much as I did but I wanted it to look perfect and it does! Pictures show the completed frame and then my bed fully made and I'll reference this review.
