My friends who know how much I loce running…read morehave kept asking me to go and saying I would certainly be hooked and they're nothing but right! I went to the Venice one and the spot was actually much bigger than it looked from outside. Alex, the trainer for my Run and Lift early morning class, was super welcoming and totally delivering top-notch first-timer experience for me, paying detailed attention that I got the instructions correctly and did the right movements. The intensity of the workout forced me to my limit, but they did let people do it on their own pace. The complementary facilities like locker, shower room, and even free towels made bunch of plus points, though one downside might be I'd prefer it to be cleaner (read: the women's bathroom might need more frequent cleaning especially with shedding hair). You did have the option to indulge post the workouts by getting their smoothies, which was also available to be pre-ordered and tailored to your preference by customizing the ingredients. Not to mention, the Venice one had plenty of free parking spaces!

Roy and Maytal run this place with a level of passion, expertise, and care that you just don't find anywhere else. The coaching is top notch, knowledgeable, attentive, and always focused on proper form, safety, and long term results. The workouts are the perfect mix of fun and challenging. You leave every session feeling stronger, accomplished, and proud of yourself. No two workouts are the same and the constant variety keeps you excited to show up. Even on the toughest days the energy in the room pushes you further than you thought possible. And the community is truly something special. I have known him and been his trainee (on and off haha) for a few years now…read more Right before coronavirus started, I decided that I wanted to change my diet and lose weight. I started doing it and working out but as the pandemic progressed it was harder and harder to find the motivation to do it by myself while I am stuck at home. Roy then advertised that he is doing a challenge that includes a balanced/ healthy Lifestyle, online workouts and even meditation. The best thing about it that he donated to help people in need at this crazy time. I have since lost a lot more and I feel healthier and happier then I have in a long time. Thank you Roy !!

You'll avoid injuries while pushing yourself to limits you didn't know you even had. Got a pain when you do a particular exercise? He'll have you move something else and work yourself another way... and the pain is gone. You will be thankful that you have such a caring and talented human being for your personal trainer. You'll probably think that you should pay him millions of dollars a year because he makes you feel so good about yourself, but here's a hint: IT'S NOT GONNA COST ANYWHERE NEAR WHERE YOU THINK IT WILL! He can really work with you, no matter if you are on a budget or even slightly financially challenged. Jeff is incredibly detail oriented and will keep track of everything you need for your success and then some. He adds a lot of variety by also doing a bunch of outdoor training, if you are so inclined. As far as nutrition goes, Jeff is an incredible wealth of nutrition information and can instantly debunk a lot of the "BS" or false food facts out there. I would recommend Jeff to ANYONE wanting to be the best they can be (or maybe just a little better).

    Rare Professional- Great Trainer…read more I know Jeff more as a colleague and recovering trainer than a client. Having been in lots of gyms and seen lots of trainers, watching Jeff work and seeing the returns his clients realize is a pleasure. There is so much sheer garbage out there- no, you can't learn to be a trainer on Youtube or while attached to your phone- seeing how Jeff learns his clients well, tailors training programs for their needs, goals and issues is a rare site. He has both the personal experience and deep knowledge of his profession to provide the guidance and support for each of his clients to help them get where they want to go. And he has one of the most dubious collections of T shirts I have ever seen, so there is also some entertainment value thrown in.
