Service is fine however one blaring issue is apparently the Health dept said they can no longer give salt/pepper packets??? Got fries and wings today. Fried unsalted (as usual) so I asked to get a packet of salt to actually season the bland unseasoned fries when I was told the health department won't let them give salt out ????? I love these wings!!! Lot and lots of different sauces. garlic butter is so good and so it leaping lizard.

We've been having a rough week and needed some comfort food so we wanted to stop by one of the first places we randomly tried when moving to the area a few years ago. We each got the 10 piece boneless wings and made them curly fry combos. I got the honey bbq and my bf got the oriental sesame. Both flavors were really good and portions were pretty large! We called ahead and the order was ready in about 10 mins. The inside isn't necessarily not nice, but it's not really a place I'd want to hang out for a while. I'd recommend ordering and taking it to go. Overall the food was really good and the service was quick so I'd definitely go back! read more

I ordered The boneless wings and had them delivered they were disgusting you couldn't even eat them they were hard as a rock when I called to tell them they wanted me to bring them back even though I had them delivered so I called doordash told them what planet wings said and they gave me back my money I will never order from this store on Virginia road in North White plains The manager didn't even have the courtesy to get on the phone with me and even door dash said they should never ask for it back the food especially if you touch it so I would never trust their food read more

Went in last evening, placed a take out order of 20 wings. Waited for 15 minutes while they prepare my food. 15 min later at home all the wings were cold and dry with the sauce slightly warmer. Why did I have to wait for 15 min (the place didn't look busy at that time) when they just gave me those wings that had been sitting there for hours? Cheated and not going back. read more

I'm so done with this place. This is 3 strikes. Twice I've gotten all the way back home, 15 minutes away, to find that my order was wrong. Instead of just making it right, they give you a lot of lip. One time I sent my 11 y o in to pick up the order and the kid behind the counter threw straws at him. They quality of the food and service has been on a decline for a while now. today was my third and final try with this Planet Wings. Ok, technically it was my fourth try, because on my first visit, a few months ago just as they opened, I was told the grill was still heating up and they wouldn't be able to start my food for at least 15 minutes. !5 minutes seems to be a common theme here; for my order of chicken tenders with fries and a drink for pickup, I was told 15 minutes, and it appears it took that long, as the food had felt like they'd just placed it in the styrofoam steam bath container when I got there. Whoever told them placing fried food that customers want crispy in a container guaranteed to kill the crispness by the time it reaches its destination is a good idea is beyond me. Ordered with a side a marinara sauce, when I arrived at my desk to eat the meal, I found the lid on the sauce hadn't been closed properly, so instead of dipping sauce for my tenders, I had marinara covered fries, and a nearly empty container of sauce. On previous visits, I ordered, respectively, a philly cheese steak sandwich, and boneless wings. In both instances, the food was adequate, the service less than. I like this Planet Wings . The food is slightly better quality than fast food , but sometimes that's what you have a craving for . They have about 2 dozen choices for wing flavors and most I've tried have been very good . I'd recommend the wings over anything else but they do also have gyros , tacos, burgers , Cheesesteaks , and salads which are all above average . The other night I called to place an order around the time I usually do. Phone rings 10 times, guy answers and tells me they are in the process of closing, that I can't order. If your hours of operations say "Open till 11:30" and its before that, and you answer the phone, you damn well better give me my wings! Never been to planet wings before and it was to my surprise better then I expected. The quality of the traditional wings were not bad at all. Exactly what you would expect from a bar. I'd say the wings I had were better then Buffalo Wild Wings which I don't think are that good. Curly fries were good too. The only downside is that it doesn't look that clean when your inside but that's kinda expected for a fast food place. First time ordering. Disappointing to say the least. Generic fried tiny wings just topped with whatever sloppy sauce you choose. They all tasted the same. I am majorly disappointed in this franchise!! I have given this location along with the New Rochelle restaurant multiple opportunities to impress me "the paying customer" and they have come up short each time in one way or the other. I'm a pretty fare judge, so its easy to get a pass on atleast 2/3 out of my five must have when dealing with the fast food/food industry in general. This franchise lacks in all areas:(. The service is horrible, the customer service is even worst, the food its mediocre (some days ok, others terrible), the coast $ isn't worth what you're getting (always screw up orders), and the overall experience--- taking into account you have the opportunity to make up for one area with the other, well... Horrible. The Virginia rd location is by far the worst!!! My coworkers ordered from them 3 times, each order was missing items, or had items specifically requested to remove, they also gave is a hard time about delivery claiming we were beyond 10miles when we are only 5.1. They made us wait 2hrs after the missing items were not delivered, and as an attempt to correct the mistakes offered us 10 % off the next order (as if), but we already get 10% off regardless once the order surpassed a $$. The manager actually told me I could drive down to get the forgotten items because they're backed up in delivery orders.. REALLY!!! Anyhow I could go on & on but you get the picture. read more

So I just placed a telephone order and I really can't believe the conversation I just had. I saw on their menu online that they sell their wings by 5 piece increments and charge $.50 for each sauce. I thought I would order 20 pieces and have 3 different sauces. My order was going to be 6 of one sauce, 6 of another, and 8 of another for a total of 20. Pretty sure this may be 1st grade math. The ditz on the phone said I couldn't order the wings that way because she can't put it into the computer. So I said, 'that doesn't make sense." She said, "you can't order the wings that way because the computer won't let me." So I said, "well can you just put in 20 wings and tell the cook to split up the sauces 6, 6, and 8?" So she asks someone else she works with who also says no. She then says, "can you get on the phone and explain that?" to the man who she works with. I really was dumbfounded by this chick but figured speaking to someone else would remedy the situation. To my surprise, the guy tells me the same thing. The computer won't let them do it, so they can't. Basically, the computer took away their ability to use their human brains. It was so crazy to me. My order will be delivered in about 45 minutes and I have no clue how the quality will be. I will tell you that no matter the quality I won't be ordering from here again. These idiots don't know how to place an order in their computer then tell the cook to modify the application of the sauces. read more

This place is repug with poor customer service. I ordered food to be delivered to my office and upon delivery they told me for future reference you need to meet me curbside. If I wanted to meet you curbside I would have picked up the order myself. This is a small office not a 40 story building. Just very immature people with bad customer service skills.
