Chicken - A dish featuring two pieces of cooked chicken with rice, garnished with herbs and purple onion slices.

This is one of the best gems in Ossining, NY. I had the Pernil---OMG, so good! The service is very good! The ambiance is very good, too. Come meet Richie while you are here!

Dominican nachos!!

TOO GOOD. Jennifer was the best waitress! She was sweet, friendly, and personable. She recommended a secret menu item - the Dominican nachos !!!

A slice of pizza with cheese, green peppers, and a garlic clove is in a clear plastic container, partially eaten.

Went back a few weeks ago and can say the service is much better. Although there is still just one guy, he is working hard and I didn't have to change tables or wait too long. Just don't come here if you're in a rush. The Food is a little over salted. Chimmichurri was in a pink sauce style, was okay but salty. I prefer the green style. Overall decent Vibes! Sadly they didn't have the Trés leches cake in stock.

Wow ! The food was fresh and staff were super friendly. I will definitely be coming back.

POLLO GUISADO - A dish featuring pollo guisado served with a mound of white rice, sauce, and garnishes, on a white plate at Richie’s Kitchen in Ossining, NY.

Food was absolutely amazing! The pernil was incredible. The grilled chicken was fresh and seasoned. The waitresses were very attentive. The restaurant was cozy and inviting.

MOFONGUITO TRIO MOFONGUITO TRIO PATACN TRIO - A variety of Latin cuisine dishes with toppings like pico de gallo, sauces, and microgreens, presented on a wooden board and black plate.

itchie's Kitchen in Ossining is *.. a highly recommended destination for exquisite Latin-infused cuisine. Not only is the food visually appealing, but it is also absolutely delicious. Staff is friendly and very attentive . Ritchie the owner/ chef came out and introduced himself and we have a great conversation with him . Restaurant is small but perfect and very clean . It's a must go to

YUCA FRITA MOFONGO CHURRASCO MORO DE GANDULES PORK CHOP - A variety of Latin cuisine dishes, including salad, rice, grilled meat, and seafood, are displayed on a wooden table with drinks and appetizers.

My dad recommended this place as we are in town visiting from out of state. He raved about the food so I had high expectations. Between the friendly staff and the wonderful food, my expectations were exceeded. Hispanic restaurants have a way of cutting corners to keep up with demand. But Richie's brought the flavor with the velvety stewed beans. The churrasco was tender and delicious cooked to temp of choice. The pork chops were fried to a crisp and somehow still very juicy. The mofongo was served with plenty of that addicting garlicky sauce. I wish I had a second stomach so I could keep eating. We were welcomed with warm smiles and urgent service. The chef came out and spoke with us. The space was clean and straight forward. Run, don't walk to this place.

One of the Hudson Valley's newest restaurants Richie's Kitchen is wonderful! It's "nouvelle" Latin cuisine is innovative, clever and excellent! I had the pernil (roast pork) and it was perfectly spiced and cooked. Moist, but not greasy. The rice and beans were also well seasoned and nicely cooked. My partner has the shrimp and mofongo. I am not a fan of mofongo, but Richie's version is fantastic. Not dry and starchy like the mofongo I have had elsewhere, including the Dominican Republic. Flavorful and moist! We also had a special appetizer that was a deconstructed flank steak taco in a lime avocado gastrique. Fabulous and could have been a meal on its own. Our waitress Jeanette was wonderful and Richie, the charming owner and master chef, came out of the kitchen to greet the patrons. The ambiance is elegant and clean. Overall a great experience! We shall be going back soon!

My husband ordered a Bloody Mary, which came topped with two grilled shrimp -- buttery, nicely seasoned, and perfectly cooked. He really enjoyed it. I went with an Aperol Spritz, which was light, crisp, and refreshing. For an appetizer, we shared the steamed clams in a red pepper and bacon broth. The clams were meaty and flavorful, and the broth was so delicious we soaked it up with their homemade bread, fresh from the oven. Our server was friendly, efficient, and offered great suggestions. My husband wanted fish and chips, but instead of the full platter, he asked if he could have it on a roll. The waiter suggested turning it into a po' boy, and it was a fantastic idea! He even asked if my husband wanted it a little spicy -- he said yes -- and the result was an enormous, perfectly fried sandwich. The fish was crispy on the outside, flaky inside, and not heavy at all. I had a few bites and was impressed. It came with crispy, golden fries that were excellent. I was there for what I believed would've my last lobster roll this year. I meant to order the cold lobster roll but accidentally ordered the warm one -- and I'm glad I did! It was absolutely delicious, with whole pieces of claw and knuckle meat (nothing shredded), just tossed in a tarragon aioli and served on a toasted bun with the same crispy fries. The outdoor patio has about 10 tables, covered for shade, and the indoor area is bright, nicely air-conditioned, with a bar area featuring high-top booths and another section with regular tables. Overall, the food, service, and setting were all wonderful. I'll definitely be back -- next time to try that cold lobster roll! On site free parking is another plus.
