I love that they have ample sitting as well and even allow you to connect to their Wi-Fi which was a win as I'd forgot to download my book to my Kindle device. Dryers cost 45 cents for 7 minutes, which is really a good deal because I only spent $4.50 to dry everything, including heavy towels and rugs. Most of us have heavy things to unload so sometimes the parking in front is all taken and like today parking lot was flooded. Sometimes we park in the side for quick drop off or pick up but you block the road a bit. They have three vending machines with snacks/candy/drinks. They do offer dry cleaning as well but I've never used that service here. I would recommend coming either at night or early morning if you like to avoid so much people and noise.

When I raised the concern, instead of taking responsibility or offering a reasonable resolution, the company dismissed the damage entirely, hid behind "industry standards," and claimed the changes were within "normal tolerances," despite the fact that the garments were materially altered and unusable. What was especially frustrating is that a prior issue with a different garment had already occurred, which they acknowledged at the time by offering compensation as a "courtesy." Now, faced with a much larger and more obvious loss, they refused any accountability. I expected professionalism and care commensurate with handling expensive clothing. Instead, I was met with deflection and a refusal to stand behind their work. I would strongly caution anyone considering bringing valuable or tailored garments here.
