It is 750am on Thursday and I am parked in in front of the shop that says it's open from 730am-630pm on weekdays. I called - it went straight to voicemail. I am not going to let this place cause me to be late for work. I dropped my clothes off 10 days ago (took that long because of the holidays) and just realized that they advertise same day service which wasn't offered to me when I expressed concern about the 10 days. I am not encouraged to repeat this experience and don't want any of my friends to be exposed to it either.

Wasn't impressed. Recently moved to the area and was looking for a Dry Cleaning spot. Even though it's s little out of my way, this one got great reviews so I thought I'd try it out. Dropped my 2 Blazers and 3 pants off on a Tuesday afternoon. There were piles of clothes behind the counter and I was worried I would never see my items again if they got thrown onto the pile. Paid up front, which I wasn't use to but ok with. Took my receipt and was told they wouldn't be ready until Monday - which I thought was a little long, but I wasn't in a rush so it didn't matter. Came back Monday evening to pick up my items and was hesitant if I would see them as it took the guy a few times around the carousel rack to find them. But all was there and I was out and on my way. The next day I took my items off of the hangers and was disappointed to find a dusty line on my pants and some sort of line on the back of my jacket. Which is pictured. Like I said I'm new to the area and just trying places out but I don't think I'll be using this dry cleaner in the future. Hopefully others continue to have excellent experiences like the additional reviews listed.

You know after reading so many good reviews I expected better. My suit looks like it was dragged through a lint blower. If this is "pressed" like you stated I'm disappointed. It looks like it was thrown in a washing machine. My pants have lost their pressing. Everything looks wrong.

That $30 for $20 is a joke. And what place you know, you tell them you need it on this day, they close up early?

I understand you want to leave for the new year's eve. But let the customers know, AHEAD of time. That's called misleading. You say come in the afternoon, then you put up a sign saying you closed for the day and tomorrow. Then you advertise $30 worth for $20. Somehow, whatever you bring magically adds up to $30.. hmm I'm just saying.

Excellent service and excellent prices! The owner is usually working. He remembered me and my ticket number Also, I had one shirt that had an old existing stain on it and other dry cleaners were unsuccessful in getting the stain out and he asked if he could keep it for an extra day to try and get it out and he was successful. That's great customer service! A++ Only Con is its 2-3 day turnaround. Not overnight

He is last store South West Corner of the Plaza next to Pizza Hut.

My recent visit to this dry cleaner's left me feeling extremely disappointed. I had been here a few…read moretimes before to get alterations done to my pants because the seamstress had done such an amazing job; it had been some time since I had been back. Recently, I received new work pants that required alterations and hemming. When I first walked in, I was disappointed to see there was a new seamstress working there, but since I had such excellent customer service last time, I decided to give her a try. She measured my pants and I told her I wanted all five pants, to be fitted. She measured me and told me they would be ready by Saturday, which gave her a week to complete. On Friday, I received a text message confirming the pants were done. I picked up the pants and tried them on when I got home. The pants did not meet my expectations or match the description. I went back to the shop and explained the situation to the seamstress. She looked at me with an upset face and began to shake her head. She was arguing with me, suggesting that I should have provided a clearer explanation to what I wanted. I told her I did not mind paying a difference. I just wanted the pants completed correctly. She continued to shake her head and told me she wasn't sure if they were going to charge me. She told me to try the pants on again and began to measure. She asked, in a stern voice and with a look of displeasure, and asked if these measurements were better. I showed her a picture of how I wanted the pants to fit, emphasizing that I preferred them to be more fitted. She placed some pines on the pants and left the fitting room without a word. I walked out of the fitting room and walked toward the cashier. The lady in front was gathering my information when she came and started telling her the prices. She then started arguing with the cashier over a price disagreement because the cashier did not understand how she was trying to price the pants. She began to raise her voice at the cashier (because she appeared to be frustrated), but I intervened and clarified the pricing she was trying to explain. I paid for the pants to be fixed, and she told me they would be done by Saturday, which would be a week. Saturday came along, and I did not hear a word from anyone. Monday and Tuesday passed without any communication, so finally I called the business. I explained to the man who answered the phone that my items were past due, and I hadn't received any text or phone call from anyone. He stated they normally would not do that, but he would check if it was ready and hung up on me without any notification. I never received a call from anyone; when I tried to reach them again, I received no response. Finally, the business sent me a text two weeks after she promised to fix my pants, saying that my items were ready for pickup. Let me tell you that even after trying on all of my items, they were still messed up. Some of the hems from the pants are noticeably shorter than the others. It looked like some of the pants appeared to have remained unfixed. I paid for a service twice, but neither time did I receive the necessary results or fixes. Both times I was measured, I even brought my work boots in to be measured properly. I wouldn't mind paying for a good service; sometimes there are miscommunications, but no one should have to pay for or deal with someone with poor customer service and subpar work, especially with their price points. My work pants are messed up and the company I work for won't replace them, so I would have to come out of pocket to buy new pants (the work pants are not cheap). I have to walk around work for 10 hours a day with mismatched and unfixed pants. I am not one to leave reviews, but the seamstress was so rude and did such a poor job.
