The manager, Rebecca, told me I had to pay a $41 difference. When I noted that didn't seem right and decided to just keep both pairs instead--which should have come out to $32--she began arguing with me. To make matters worse, she told me that she was the manager and that if I didn't like it, I could "go to Santa Maria." She then proceeded to insult my weight and call me a name in front of two staff members. On a positive note, a staff member named Brandon was very nice, but Rebecca's behavior was completely unacceptable. I will be reporting this incident to corporate immediately.

She doesn't answer the phone or communicate, and completely wasted my time. I had to drive to her store and ask her about what was going on -- she had no clear answer to why it was taking so long and didn't seem to care that the project was way past due on original quoted time. It would have been more worth it to drive to Santa Barbara or Santa Maria -- heck, I'd rather drive to Los Angeles than deal with Rose.
