Saturday morning arrives and the box contained not only two left shoes, but in two different sizes!! Even tho this was a mistake by their employee (the store said it could have been the manufacturer- but their employee didn't catch the mistake if it was manufacturer related) The second pair of shoes were a size two in a box marked size 3, I had asked for a size 3 shoe. If I bought an incorrect size I would understand their no refund policy, but both of these were their employee's mistakes- and it still falls under their no refund policy? I'm guessing this falls under the buyer beware policy???

Recently I went in looking for a shoe, no one approached me to help, the effort was minimal and there was a suggestion to purchase it online on their site. The thing is, if I wanted to purchase online I wouldn't have bothered driving 30miles watch way to get to the warehouse. The other thing is, that they did have a newer version of the shoe and a different employee had to step in to put two and two together to pull a pair out of the back. Quality of service has definitely declined, pretty disappointing. I of course ended up purchasing shoes online from the actual manufacturer instead.
