We had a large order that my office requested the printing of shirts 8 weeks before they were needed. We followed up several times, pre-paid upon order, and was provided highly unprofessional service at every point during the order. We asked for status updates only to hear sorry we can't do that "the check is in the mail", as we approached 2 weeks before the shirts were needed the proof was still not available. The owner stated they wouldn't be ready in time. We needed them for a specific awareness event on 1 April and receiving them in May wasn't an option. He stated they were "busy" ok I understand but you either hire more people, or take less orders to meet your commitments. The owner claimed to refund the almost $1000 we pre-paid but the credit never hit the account. After a bank dispute, countless hours going back and forth with failed promises, and the scramble to find a new vendor on less than 2 weeks notice we were able to get what we needed at another small business in town New Lowe's.

We made another appointment. He "forgot". We made a third appointment. At the point when he was a half hour late, I called to see if he was coming. He made an excuse that he had my number and was waiting for me to call him. He finally arrived nearly an hour late. He gave an estimate that seemed reasonable. He said he'd be unable to even get the couch until a month later and it would take another month before it would be done. He said he would leave a book of fabric samples, based on what I told him my preferences were, "later in the day". He did not leave the sample book. In fact, he never followed up with the samples or even with a phone call. It's like he's trying to NOT get business. I would not want to risk having work done by him--it probably would be months before he even got to the job, and he is not very good about customer relations.
