I only had a couple of garments not 20, 30 or etc Et etc. I'm so glad I found Lindsay. Have an older jacket almost 40 years old. Went in and she was/is extremely personable and professional. With her new equipment I truly felt at ease that nothing was going to get screwed up! So much so I went back with a larger project. Mind you this is still pretty much chump change? She crushed. Service, quality and the price is/was outstanding. Highly recommend for anyone and everyone's embroidery needs. Even though she's a Vikings Fan. Go SKOL!

I combed through all the other embroidery shops around the area, (most with really hot/cold reviews) and I decided to give A D a call. I gave her a run down of my situation and she was VERY helpful and sweet! You could literally hear her smile over the phone and have amazing customer service. From that conversation alone, I was sold! I stopped by during lunch time, dropped off my bags, and told her to take her time. She was honest about being backed up with orders, but she still done it in a timely manner! I was expecting maybe a month or two, but she got it done in a couple weeks. The bags came out SO cute and I felt like I got the best bag for my buck. If I ever need to get more work done, I definitely know where to go :)

We made another appointment. He "forgot". We made a third appointment. At the point when he was a half hour late, I called to see if he was coming. He made an excuse that he had my number and was waiting for me to call him. He finally arrived nearly an hour late. He gave an estimate that seemed reasonable. He said he'd be unable to even get the couch until a month later and it would take another month before it would be done. He said he would leave a book of fabric samples, based on what I told him my preferences were, "later in the day". He did not leave the sample book. In fact, he never followed up with the samples or even with a phone call. It's like he's trying to NOT get business. I would not want to risk having work done by him--it probably would be months before he even got to the job, and he is not very good about customer relations.

I was desperate to have scrubs at hand. I came in to an empty store and was told by the male employee I had to wait bc he was going through boxes of shipments (that I had seen since last week all over the store-mess! ) and was rudely given my scrubs. I'd rather pay more elsewhere with better service and quality. For a place that doesn't have crap for sizes, quality brands, and absolute horrible service. There's no wonder why this place has lots of 1 star reviews. I would have given it a slight chance if there was good service.
