This was my first visit to Pupusas y Más, and it definitely won't be my last! I came here for breakfast as I was craving some pupusas, and I love that they open early -- a big plus for me. The warm, welcoming ambience made it even better, with a cozy, casual feel and the inviting aroma of fresh pupusas cooking in the kitchen. It felt like stepping into a little corner of El Salvador. I ordered two pupusas revueltas and one of loroco con queso. The pupusas were a good, decent size and full of flavor. I also tried the yuca frita con chicharrón, which was presented beautifully and tasted amazing. It instantly brought back memories of the good yuca spots in El Salvador. For my drink, I went with coffee, and it did not disappoint. I always drink my coffee black, so I can say with confidence that it was rich, flavorful, and well-prepared. The staff were very friendly and attentive, checking in to see if I needed more curtido, salsa, or a coffee refill. That kind of hospitality really makes a difference. Overall, I truly enjoyed my visit. If you're in the area and craving authentic Salvadoran flavors, Pupusas y Más is definitely a spot you must try. I'm already looking forward to coming back and exploring more of their menu.

Just moved to Chino and decided to try this place out. Really good service, we were greeted with a smile. My friend and I both got the Pupusas Revueltas and they were one of the best pupusas i've had! Would definitely come here again!

Was in the area and craving pupusas so decided to try this place out. I'm very glad we decided to stop here as the food was amazing. The restaurant felt homey and noticed how clean it was kept. The waitress/cashier was very friendly and polite. She was very helpful and the food came out rather quick for pupusas. The food itself was great, probably one of my new favorite places for the pupusas mixtas as the chicharrón was really tasty and the pupusas rather large. I ordered three but two was enough for me due to the size. Definitely coming back here.

I saw that they opened up recently near Latimex Market. I bought a plate of Churrazco ($20.99), which has casamiento (beans and rice), avocado, chimol (salsa), sausage and grilled green onions with a large grilled skirt steak. I ordered revueltas ($3.75), horchata Salvadorena ($5.99), and Ensalada ($6.00) to try as well. Their curtido and salada were good, the revuelta was fresh and hot with plenty of filling. The churrazco was tender and seasoned nicely. The casamiento was the only one I did not like, it has a very sour smell to it but everything else was good. The drinks were a good size and tasted fresh, the ensalada had lots of chopped fruit bits inside. The horchata was a bit different from Mexican style horchata but it was good too, no rice inside but I think a dried fruit seed grounded and mixed into the drink. The staff was nice and the place has plenty of seating.

Love, love, love this Salvadorian restaurant! Best Pupusas in town! Let me tell you when your roots are from central and oriente you know your Salvadorian food. It's taken me 3 years to find an authentic & delicious Salvadorian restaurant and this is it! They have the best service the owner is so friendly and it truly feels like you're going to your friends place to eat. The ambiance is perfect, my family likes to plan our get together and this is always the first place they like to gather at, the accommodate our 6-10 ppl seatings and the food is so good I used them this past year for my Birthday catering and it was a hit everyone enjoyed the food and service and it's all at a great price. Pupusas, empanadas, tamales etc everything is delicious.

Finally made it to Plan B Pupusas. They did not disappoint. I ordered frijoles and queso to go. I asked how big they were. 'Holds up hands'. They look to the small side so I ordered 6. They were not small and I am not at all mad about it. They were loaded, freshly made and still hot when I got home. I have had pupusas many times and these were some of the best. The curtido and salsa were the perfect complement. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area

Hidden gem of a restaurant tucked in a shopping plaza next to Latimex market, corner of Central and Francis. Went during soft opening day and it was already a busy first day for them. Spacious restaurant, warm ambiance Service is very, very slow as they try to accommodate customers. Food is made fresh to order to ensure quality, hence the long wait. An hour and 15 minute wait for my to-go order. Understandable, being it's soft opening day. Alexia, (not sure of the spelling) one of the servers is very nice and friendly. She noticed I had been waiting for awhile so she handed me a fresca drink with fruits on the house. Thank you Alexia for your superb service! Katy, (not sure of the spelling), one of the cashier is also very nice and friendly. She not only kept checking in the back to see if my order was ready, she also explained what was available on the menu. Thank you Katy for your wonderful service! Thumbs up on the pupusas served with curtido and red salsa. They were delicious and worth the wait! Ordered the queso con loroco, queso con espinaca and chicharron y queso. All were good sized and packed with flavor! Coming back to try breakfast and other dishes next time!

Very authentic papusas just like in El Salvador. Clean dining area and friendly staff. Ven y apoya a este restaurante salvadoreño del barrio.

Walked in & was welcomed by a gentleman whom was super cool, knowledgeable & kind..! Had 3 different things knowing I was taking home.. Food was presented beautifully & was even better than it looked..! I believe he's the owner, he even spoke to my Mom on the phone & helped her to order something she would love & she did..!! Price was unexpectedly fair, not one crum on the floor, bathrooms were equally as clean & smelled like a 5* restaurant..!! Amazing food..!!

I live 25 mins away so if I'm in the area or passing through I'll call in my order of at least 10 pupusas. It's always piping hot and ready when I get there. It looks like a 1 superwoman show in there as she takes orders and makes the pupusas too. She's super nice & speaks English. My family LOVES pupusas and they are in the top 3 pupusa spots we've ever had. I've only ordered the revueltas (chicharron, beans and cheese) pupusas but there are a ton of different ones. She puts a ton of the cabbage salad (curtido) and plenty of the salsa roja in plastic bags. It gives me a little anxiety though as I feel like they'll leak, but they haven't yet! Maybe next time, I'll remember to bring containers and ask her to put the curtido and salsa in my containers instead of the plastic bags.

Firstly, compared to the pupusas I usually get from a different restaurant closer to my home, the service was not the best. They took a long time to make our order. We waited for about 35 minutes and it was hot in there with no AC. Their music was blasting too and there was flies buzzing around. Immediately regretted ordering here during those moments. Secondly, my husband and I ate the pupusas at home and wanted to spit it out. I'm not sure what kind of cheese they use if it's maybe more authentic than what I am used to but it was pungent and so strong. It made it completely inedible for us and my husband who is Hispanic said it's not a cheese he's familiar with. The curtido and salsa could not redeem the pupusas for us so had to throw them out.

Noticed we had this spot close to our home on Friday and decided to go on Saturday since they were already closed by 5PM. The location is basically hidden away in a commercial business area. The inside is small and honestly a little warm for me but I find most Salv locations like to keep their places warm feeling? Simple solution is just take your food back home lol The guy at the cash register was very nice and offered mixing spinach with zucchini when i couldn't pick between the two options. He brought us out some cookies while we waited along side our drinks. I got the ensalada and Jamaica. I preferred the ensalada as it was a little less sweet. I did want their empanadas with custard filling but they didn't have any My husband got the chicharron pupusas and i got the revueltas. I enjoyed both and honestly you can never go wrong with the mixed. To take home we added some zucchini and spinach ones and honestly those were a great add on with the revueltas. I did find their cortido to fuck me up a bit with all the spices, but I'm just sensitive to that sort of stuff so if you have some sensitivity issues with spices beware! The tomato sauce was good, I'm not sure if they have a spicy version but might be needed for some people. Other than that great place, the food wasn't too oily and the service was great. Also please make a mental note that the orders are made as they're ordered so it can take a minute for food to be ready. Order in advance if you're in a hurry!
