Great menudo! Fresh and they sell it everyday
    Mona B.

Martha the owner is amazing! The food is always delicious and the handmade tortillas are to die for! Never have been disappointed in anything we have ordered. We've been coming here for years and will Continue to come here! The ambiance is very calm and welcoming not loud you can shear each other when talking you don't have to yell. Make sure to stop by when you're in the area!

I was in the area to shop at a local market and decided to stop in and try this place out.. It's tucked away in the back of a strip mall.. The staff are super friendly.. The food was GREAT! I had the Carne Asada burrito with cheese. The price was reasonable and the burrito was yummy.. thank you you made a fan and I will come back.

I have to say I have lived in chino for 4 years, and my mom and I decided to try this restaurant last night, so glad we did, they make homemade tortillas which are amazing! I had the caldo de rez so delicious, my mom had the taco dorado plate and the tacos were so good and crunchy and the salsa is amazing on the tacos, will definitely be back soon can wait to try other food items,

Excellent food. Home made flour tortillas are the bomb. Try the chile relleno burrito and beens to it, the best!

I met up with a friend at Wara Cafe and we had the best time sipping on our Shrek Lattes and eating their Croffles. We ordered the Shrek Latte (Hot) and Shrek Latte (Cold) as our drinks, and both got the Croffle w/ Mixed Berries, Fresh Whipped Cream, Hazelnut Drizzle, and because it was the weekend and my stomach begs for brunch food, I also got their Classic Breakfast which comes with 2 eggs, 2 bacon, side of toast, and salad. Let me tell you and stop you right in your tracks if you're looking at other things on their menu. Their Croffle is top of the line, the best croffle invention I have ever had, and gave me another reason to exist and enjoy life, just so I can eat their Croffles. If you are wondering what it is, it's like a dessert fusion breakfast item in between a croissant and a waffle pressed in a waffle iron. This makes an airy, buttery, crunchy, waffle bite, and it's got me drooling as I am typing this hungry. They pair it here with mixed berries, and their house-made fresh whipped cream. The whipped cream is another story I need to say, because I originally thought it was too much since its a size of an ice cream scoop, but I finished the whole thing and enjoyed every bite of it since it is also one of the best fresh whipped creams I have had. Just get the croffle, OK? 100% gauranteed you will love it and thank me later, please. Also, if I may convince you of another thing. If you love matcha and cinnamon, it is no doubt you will love their Shrek Latte. I read "Matcha, brown sugar, and cinnamon, as their description, and I was immediately sold. Sign me up for another Shrek Latte please, and I'll change my name to Fiona. I absolutely loved it and would order again. The staff here are also beyond friendly, and genuinely sweet. They checked on my friend and I every now and then and made sure we were taken care of. They are all so beautiful, and have such great smiles. I can see why the wait line was so long! I would come back every weekend if I were closer to Wara Cafe, but it just gives me more reason to bring another friend along and make the trip out here. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience. My friend and I left with full tummies and a big smile. Thank you!

When I walked away, the barista also made a comment about the decaf drink that came across irritated. My friend had ordered a decaf beverage as well around the same time. While I was trying to focus on some work, one of the employees from the counter sat with a friend near the cashier area and they were speaking very loudly. Their conversation included comments about someone being Asian and arguing about whether someone was Black. It felt uncomfortable and unprofessional to overhear that kind of conversation while sitting in the shop. I hope the staff receive some basic customer service and professionalism training, as the atmosphere made it difficult to enjoy the space.

I was pleasantly surprised when Brandon kindly answered the phone and let me know they would be open for regular business hours. Upon arriving, the place is super cozy and clean. It smelled of fresh coffee beans and delish food. They had a small area towards the far corner with board games and toys for the little ones which is INCREDIBLE. My toddler loved this corner and I appreciate that this business acknowledges their customers might have their little ones with them at coffee shops sometimes and it's a nice touch to have something available for them as well. Brandon was extremely patient and helpful when my family and myself were trying to determine what we would order. I fell under the impression this is a family ran business and I can tell they truly care about their customers. The food was incredible. I ordered the 1st bagel on their menu; it had avocado, bacon, egg, and tomato but I prefer no tomato. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious! I also ordered a hot vanilla latte (I am more of an iced coffee kind of person) and I'm glad I had it hot... the latte was extremely yummy but also strong! It kept me pushing through the day! The tea service stood out to me. They thoughtfully came around to refill our cups with more hot water, which is a small detail that makes a big difference. The atmosphere is charming and farmhouse inspired, with beautiful views and plenty of natural light. It was a cold morning, but the outdoor heating lamps kept the patio comfortable. My farmers skillet was supposed to be scrambled eggs but they served me over easy, they offered to fix it but I said no I had already been waiting an hour. The pancakes looked perfect until we took the top one off and saw the bottom 4 were all burnt. And to top it all off my wife asked for ketchup packets and the waitress said to just use the ketchup on the table. My wife said it had a hair on it.
