I LOVE MY NAILS!! There was only a couple things that took them down to 4 stars but I would recommend this salon. They get you in and going ASAP. Tommy took his time on my nails and make sure they were nice and clean. A couple of them the shape could be a little cleaner but it's not anything that ruins the nails. Not cuts, no burns and I am very pleased. The only other thing is they didn't really clean me up after they soaked my previous nails off and didn't tell me to go wash my hands after drilling and filing. I would say they could use a better check in system and kind of let me know what was going on. They soaked my previous nails off and kind of let me sit but didn't really tell me that I was waiting for another nail tech to finish up their current client. But I'm pretty go with the flow and it didn't bother me too much. I will be returning

Poor service. Employees talking negatively about you. Didn't feel welcomed at all. I brought 2 out of town guests and they herded us in and out without fulfilling our needs. I complained and they don't offer any apology. Just defensive. Not that clean and they hurry you through without engaging.

I have taken my ideas and pics of different ideas in twice now and have not been disappointed! They know the trends and can execute. They listen to what you want and work together to ensure they understand exactly what that is and make it happen. This was Kim's work and I'm so happy with the outcome!!!

So it took a while for my daughter and I to be seen (they weren't that busy when we arrived). I asked for gel mani's and regular pedi's for both of us. They ended up forgetting that I'd asked for a mani ( forcing me to go to another salon after, to get a mani) and, painted my daughters toes (no pedicure for her) w/ a half done manicure. - Picture of her manicure attached I'd give a 1 1/2 star rating if I could. The only saving grace for this salon was the women who did my pedi did a good job. I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone.

My technician was amazing and took his time along with entertaining my 7 year old daughter, telling her he was Adele's brother! Blew her mind! I recommend this place to get your nails done and good conversation!

I went here after church one Sunday after they said they accepted walk-in appointments. I got the dip nails and this is the middle of week three! I absolutely love them. I've never had any polish that stayed on this long as I'm a teacher and am constantly washing my hands. The staff is very friendly, welcoming, and patient. They helped me pick the color I was looking for. I will definitely go back here again. I am very pleased with my experience!

Every single worker here is so generous & never fail to make me happy with anything they do. I always leave knowing this is the place i'll come back to. I have to give a special shoutout to Chin & Kandy for always making it fun to be there. There's also normally never a big wait to get seated.

I went to this salon Saturday June 12th using a gift certificate I received for Mothers Day. It was the most unpleasant experience I have ever had. I chose the top tier pedicure to get the extended massage, parrafin wax, hot stone and hot towels. This is $51 and I am fine with it IF you get the services. The woman who did my pedicure and manicure hcarged $3.00 to take off the old polish and an additional $15 to put Gel Polish on. Not a probnlem. She soaked the gel polish off then drilled it to finish it. She cut 3 of my toes pretty bad. 1 minimal. So all the products applied burned. She did nto massage my feet AT ALL! Teh older woman there was riding her constatly coming to her three different times during my pedicure. She was shaking after the last time. I do not know what was being said because they do not speak to each other in english. No problem, however the constant reprimand made it uncomforatble (embarrassing) for me to witness and painful since she cut me. I assume that is why I didnt get the services I paid for. She may have been told to hurry up? The manicure was pitiful. Consisted of a bowl in my lap, cut two fingers around the cutical. I didn't get color just clear. She was so rushed it was not at all a relaxing or enjoyable experience. My big toe on the right foot was so painful I coudlnt wear close toed shoes. It is summer so notr a huge inconvenience. I decided to call the salon. The guy who answered told me to tell him who the technician was, my first time so I didnt remember her name. Aske d me to provide pictures of the cuts. I did. Then he asked for a picture of me, said he woudl remember me. After that no response until I called today 3 days later. He wanted me to come in to the salon to show him who did the work. I told him to forget it. I wasnt going to go in there adn call out someone who was already harrassed during my visit. I sent the pictures and told him specifically I believe the older woman caused some of the issues. At any rate will never go back and DO NOT reccomend this salon to anyone. I only added 1 picture. It is of the right big toe. All other cuts were similar but luckily smaller.

I have been coming here for a few years now. I had to stop for about a year and a half when the pandemic happened. I learned how to do my own powder dip nails at home, and it is way way way harder to do it yourself lol I have a newfound respect for nail techs! Johnny and his staff are literally the best on the entire west side if you ask me! They are always so nice and helpful and I love the atmosphere. Johnny is my favorite! I see him every time I come in! This is the only nail salon I will go to, and I searched everywhere in Avon, Brownsburg and Plainfield for a good nail place. These guys are THE BEST!!!!

I was completely disappointed with my visit. I scheduled an appointment online for my lunch break hoping I'd be able to get in and out. They have a check in kiosk and the man who was closest was very short with me, not really directing me as to the process. He asked what I wanted, I said a manicure. He asked if I wanted gel, and I said no, but I would like ombre or some sort of design. He said I'd have to do a full set of gel for that, which is not what I'm used to, so I told him I'd just do regular color. They were running late for the appointment, and I was going to give up, but they urged me to stay since a manicure would only take 15 minutes. They called me back about 20 minutes after my appointment time and she asked again what I wanted. I told her just a manicure. She asked again if I wanted gel, to which I replied I did not. She said, "ugh, regular paint chips fast." I don't care to rip apart my nails or soak my fingers in straight acetone. I got a half-assed manicure and my fingers are covered in paint. My nails have bubbles and black flecks of debris. She sat me at the dryer, ran my credit card, and I asked how long to stay there. The same guy from earlier snaps at me "at least 12 minutes! If you got gel it would be faster, but you don't want gel!" NO I DON'T WANT GEL!! Jeezuz. If you don't want to offer regular manicures, then don't. If you would have done a good job I'd have been back week after week for manicures and pedicures through the summer now that I work over here. Regular paint has been good enough for me for the last 36 years. I did gel ONE time and it took months to grow out the damage it caused. My nails were brittle and kept splitting. If you don't want my money, fine, but you don't need to make a person feel stupid because their body doesn't react well to the latest products and trends. UPDATE: 8 hours later, and my polish is chipping. I have done no manual labor.

I am SO happy I came here to get my nails done! This was my first time here and the service was great! They got me in immediately which is awesome for a Saturday. They did my nails exactly how I asked. Can't wait to come back for Halloween nails!
