I would give them a 10 star rating if it is was accessible. I went it on Thursday, June 10,2021 and my dentist Fontane, assistant Cathy (I believe) and Erin anther dental assistant. They are the best and treating me for a replace or current filling close to my nerve on the tooth. All three were wonderful and I will recommend and tell my friends and family this is where you need to go for dental. They took so much time with me that most dentist would of just said come back another day as my schedule is to full to accommodate you. However, they were wonderful to me and I felt bad that I took so much of their time but they reassured me it is okay and they did perfect 10! Already recommended two friends this is where you need to go for dental work! Thank you, all as I know my anxiety was totally out of control but with all three of you working with me we got me to relax and let all three do their jobs. 1st impressions. My family is new to this clinic. We used to drive a bit to get to our dental appointments. We looked for a place that would be more convenient and this place seemed a good fit for us locationwise. The first time we walked in, it felt like entering somebody's home instead of entering a clinic. It feels homey, I like that. After providing all the info they need, it didnt take long to get me and my wife both called in. I hope we werent just lucky that day. It usually takes quite a bit of waiting before you are called. I am bad with names so I forgot the Hygienist's name though she introduced herself. She took her time evaluating me. She was very thorough. Might be too thorough if you are impatient. I just hope that what we experienced was a consistent service that they provide instead of just being a lucky day for a patient. Overall a very good experience and will definitely recommend to family and friends. read more

After reading some of these Yelp reviews I was nervous to go here..thank goodness I did not listen to them. I walked in the door and was welcomed by the nice receptionist..How refreshing! She processed my paper work and I sat in the comfy chairs , then made myself a coffee. I was examined by Dr Ferdkoff..can I just say he is the nicest doctor ever! He's respectful and made me very comfortable..After having an awful experience with my previous dentist (closer to home)..wasn't sure that I would be able to relax at a dentist's office..But nope..Dr. Ferdkoff & his crew made me feel at ease..thank the Lord lol :) The treatment coordinator was patient & knowledgeable in explaining to me my options..left there feeling good knowing that it's def going to be my go-to dentist. read more

This review is long over due. My husband, two boys and I go to Plainfield dental care because of the outstanding service we receive from Ashley. She is the most CONSCIENTIOUS HYGIENIST we've ever been to. That is hard to come by. If you want someone honest and who has integrity in what they do Ashley is the professional you want to go to. Plainfield dental should be proud to have her because she is an asset to the office. Did I mention we drive all the way from Hinsdale just because of her care. :) The office is clean and organized and everyone is friendly as well. First visit Plainfield Dental Care. Stacie did my cleaning and X-Rays with no pain at all. Very professional and friendly. Office is very nice. Patient rooms very comfortable with all needed technology. Next was Dr. Nili who came in to explain the x-rays and provide a review of the findings. He was very kind and very caring. His patient care was excellent. Last was a review of the recommended services and costs involved from Giselle. She clearly outlined services recommended and costs involved. Made sure I understood my out of pocket costs and what the insurance provided would be paying. PDC provided excellent service and Fare prices. We will see how services progress. For right now, they are getting an excellent review from me. read more

My husband and I started going to Plainfield Dental Care just a year ago and have extremely happy. The front desk is always helpful, organized and kind. Stacie is a fantastic hygentist - gentle, easy to talk to (when you can!) and very nice. The dr is also great. Had a filling done and it was painless and easy. While the one other review on here states that they are quick to do unnecessary work, I've actually had the opposite experience. I had one tooth that needed to be filled while there were a few others that potentially would need work down the road. They told me what preventive care to take so that I could hopefully avoid more fillings in the future. I would highly recommend anyone to come to PDC for their dental needs! read more

I have been very pleased with my visits at Plainfield Dental Care thus far and decided to write a review. Since the first visit I have always been greeted as soon as I walk in the door and any financial questions I've had the front desk has been able to answer. My last visit was wonderful I went in for my cleaning apppointment with Barbra the hygienist and I didn't have to wait too long to be seen. Any questions and concerns I had were answered and she also made sure that I got my records released to me to submit to my orthodontist. The office itself is kept very nice and clean and they also offer wifi too which is nice while you're waiting to be seen. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. read more

Best dental experience I've ever had! The office is gorgeous and the staff is so friendly. Stacie was my dental hygienist and she did an amazing job on my cleaning. She was able to clean off residue from an Invisalign treatment that my previous dentist had left on my teeth when he removed the attachments. She was so nice and easy going. Dr. Chrisoula Georgacopoulos saw me for my exam. Best dentist I have ever seen. She was so knowledgeable and friendly. I've been in the medical field for 10+ years and I recognize excellent medical care when I see it. The way Dr. Georgacopoulos carried herself, handled her surgical instruments and performed my exam was top notch. I will definitely be going here again! read more

This dentist is awesome! From the beautiful waiting room, the friendly staff, and the super clean exam rooms you could not ask for more. I was super nervous going in since I had not been to the dentist in a while and I was very self conscious, but the staff was so reassuring and helped me thru the whole process, they broke down all my payments so I knew what would be due and when. I started first with getting a root canal and it was completely pain free, the dentist made sure I was 100% comfortable before starting and even gave me head phones to listen to music while they were working! The staff here is amazing. I am so glad I decided to bring my family to this place!!! I immediately felt welcomed by the front desk and the assistants were really sweet and explained everything that they were going to be doing at my visit. My doctor made me feel at ease and he even gave me disposable earbuds to block out any noise from the drilling which really gives me a lot of anxiety. I love the fact that I was given an estimate of what I was expected to pay before they started any work. I have been to other offices where they just got started and then i get hit with this big bill afterwards. You won't regret coming here!!! read more

I love Dr Ferdkoff and all of the staff! I originally had to wait awhile in the reception area. But found it very nice with a tv to help pass time. After going back I was pleasantly surprised to find it was well worth the wait. After my followup visit today to pick up my whitening trays, the assistant was kind enough to tell me how great my teeth looked and was concerned about how they were feeling after my last visit. They feel great and I am amazed at all the technology they are using. They took pictures, xrays, and were able to tell me everything about my gum disease and the cavities that need filled. read more

I'm a 60 year old man who's had two dentists, first long-term retired, 2nd wanted to provide services I didn't need, among other things I disliked. My experience with Plainfield Dental Care is exceptional, from my initial contact with Carmela on the phone, to Stacie, RDH, doing a thorough x-ray, analysis and cleaning, to Dr. Nili describing (clearly) what issues to address and our plan forward. It had been years since I've been to the dentist, and my hygenist Basia and Dr. Georgacopoulos couldn't have been more understanding and gentle. They were amazing with my kids, too! Wonderful practice. I came in to get a second opinion about some crowns my previous dentist had been pushing. Instead upselling me on crowns and other procedures I did not need, Dr. Ferdkoff did a fantastic job on a couple of fillings. One of the fillings was pretty deep and complicated; he took the time to show me pictures of the situation so I would know how to keep an eye on things in the future. The best part is that I had absolutely no sensitivity afterwards. read more
