I'm super impressed with how well the practice is doing. I do feel a little bit that they try to "up-sell" me while I'm there, but no one is pushy about the additional services they offer. Dr. Zaidi is personable and friendly. I choose to bring my kids to the same practice after they were born because they really make you feel at home, when many are terrified of the dentist. I am about to embark on an Invisalign journey to straighten my teeth after having braces as a teen. Although I was originally somewhat hesitant to use my long- standing dentist over an orthodontist, I felt secure after finding out about Solace Dental's Gold invisalign provider status and having all my questions answered confidently. They put you on hold if you get through and after a time, your call is transferred to another message that says they can't talk to you now, but you can leave a message. But there is no way to leave a message.

We have repeatedly encountered unprofessional behavior, including being spoken to in a condescending manner, interrupted, and even yelled at over the phone--making it nearly impossible to voice concerns or ask questions. Additionally, there have been ongoing issues with insurance billing. Despite confirming coverage and accurate information with both of our insurance providers, the office has continued to submit claims incorrectly. When we've tried to bring this to their attention, instead of resolving the matter calmly, we've received harassing and aggressive phone calls--sometimes while caring for our 2.5-month-old baby at home. Most concerning is the unwillingness of the staff to allow communication with a manager or the dentist when we requested help. Threatening to send a patient to collections while refusing to acknowledge or correct their own billing errors is unacceptable. Because of the repeated mistreatment and lack of professionalism, we will not be returning to this office. Patients deserve to be treated with respect and to have billing concerns addressed, not ignored or escalated through hostile interactions.

They just canceled on my daughter Friday afternoon for her Monday afternoon appointment. When I tried to reschedule, nothing would work until 6 weeks later, meaning my daughter would go without a cleaning for 9 months.
