We have repeatedly encountered unprofessional behavior, including being spoken to in a condescending manner, interrupted, and even yelled at over the phone--making it nearly impossible to voice concerns or ask questions. Additionally, there have been ongoing issues with insurance billing. Despite confirming coverage and accurate information with both of our insurance providers, the office has continued to submit claims incorrectly. When we've tried to bring this to their attention, instead of resolving the matter calmly, we've received harassing and aggressive phone calls--sometimes while caring for our 2.5-month-old baby at home. Most concerning is the unwillingness of the staff to allow communication with a manager or the dentist when we requested help. Threatening to send a patient to collections while refusing to acknowledge or correct their own billing errors is unacceptable. Because of the repeated mistreatment and lack of professionalism, we will not be returning to this office. Patients deserve to be treated with respect and to have billing concerns addressed, not ignored or escalated through hostile interactions.

When she was making the molds, the mold got stuck on gum, She pushed hard and the mold got deformed. Later even during the fit test she knew the problem, but she explained at the beginning there are some days I would feel uncomfortable. A week later, I had to see her again because there are big gaps between the gum and the dental. The denture can move, and food can stick on the gaps. She made some patches. I still think the dentures were not make well. The front desk doesn't know how to claim insurance. He said my unsurfaced don't cover denture, or the process time can be 6 weeks. I hate people don't do their job seriously. I want to use this review to push the dental services in small towns get improved.
