Everyone was perfectly pleasant at my first appointment! The office was extremely clean and quiet, exactly what I was hoping for when I walked in. Dr G. was friendly through my cleaning, and everyone did their best to make the experience as seamless as possible. Everything from scheduling to intake to the cleaning felt as good as a dentist experience can go for a basic cleaning and intake x-rays/photos appointment. I was perfectly content to schedule my next cleaning on my way out. Also, the exam room smelled so good. I've never been in any kind of doctor's office that smelled SO GOOD. I went to Dental Pointe with a pressing need for an extraction. I wanted a dental office with knowledgeable, courteous, staff and a dentist and dental surgeon (root canals, extractions, implants, and the like) under one roof; not easy to find. I called Dental Pointe and they got me in right away - evaluated my problem - wedged me between other patients (without inconveniencing other patients) - revealed my situation with x-ray photos - showed me their very competitive procedure costs - and asked if I wanted to go for it in about 20 minutes. 0 Stars - Unacceptable Experience I took my 4-year-old daughter to Dental Pointe today, and I am beyond disappointed with the service. The dental assistant, Jasleen, was extremely rude and rushed through my daughter's cleaning in less than 2 minutes. When the doctor, Dr. Gangaji, came in and pointed out food particles still on her teeth--Jasleen half-heartedly claimed she "tried."It was clear she didn't put in any real effort. If she had, the teeth would have been cleaned properly. My daughter had just come from school, so we hadn't brushed her teeth beforehand, but that shouldn't have excused such a lack of thoroughness and care. Dr. Gangaji didn't remove stain from her teeth, that was the main reason we were there. I had to insist that the stains be removed, and after a second attempt, the teeth looked brighter but still not perfectly clean. It's clear that this dental clinic is not equipped or prepared to handle children's appointments properly. They should not even offer appointments for kids if they can't manage them with the care and attention required. I would not recommend this clinic to any parent looking for quality dental care for their child. read more

(READ- it is long but you will learn how to save your money , teeth and stress) The only staffs worthy in this practice were Dr. Querishi and Jody, but both of them left this practice. Dr. Querishi was the only I trusted. When I made my last app appointment 2 weeks before the day, I specifically asked for her, and one day before my appointment they called me and said she left. As if they just found out, they knew she was already leaving and didn't communicate to me, that was unethical. The hygienists in this place think they are doctors and know more than the doctors, they are negative and try to look for problems. I was told by one of them that I had periodontal problem, which was so weird because nobody ever told me, never had any bleeding problems, I was aware that my numbers were a little above the average, but was something I always took care of and kept the health. She wanted to do a deep clean which I did, and she kept insisting that I needed antibiotics, she was very insistent, my insurance wouldn't cover because it was not necessary, it would cost me almost $1,500 , I went o a specialist who didn't find any problem whatsoever. In his own words, he said he does this everyday and he couldn't be happier with the health of my teeth. For a whole year I did my cleaning with the specialist, and in March I went to my home country which I visited my dentist there too, who by the way it is also a specialist in periodontal, have many years of experience, who knows my history because I have seem him since my baby teeth fell off, and who is a spectacular dentist .He also said the same than the specialist told me here. The only think they said it was to maintain the good heath and schedule cleaning more often. So I scheduled with Dr. Querishi but I never got to see her, they never told me she left until one day before my appointment. I kept the appointment since was just cleaning, I saw the new doc , she did the periodontal exam, but as soon as she left the room this hygienist started saying all this negative about my gums, saying that if the number wouldn't improve I would need surgery, a bunch of no sense, I just told her to stop right there because I visited TWO specialist with many years of experience and none of them showed any concern, neither one of them and neither their hygienist who is a specialist in periodontal. She also insisted that I would alternate cleaning with them more often (initially the specialist told me to alternate one cleaning with him and one at the normal dentist) she insisted that I would do two with them and one with the specialist every 3 months, when he told me I could do every 4 months. During my cleaning this last time with the new dentist and hygienist it was very uncomfortable because she and and hygienist wouldn't stop talking about something else that was not related to my cleaning or my oral health. They had all these instruments on my mouth. This other staff came in and started talking to the hygienist in Spanish, not related to my cleaning either. It seems to me they are just after your money. One time when Dr. Q was out in maternity leave I saw the other Dr. S and she kept insisting that I had to extract my wisdom teeth ( I still have all 4 of them, very health and with no problem at all) I have them since I was 13, I am 38 now, never had ANY problem. Never any other dentist said anything, and she was annoyingly insisting. I said no, I would never extract a health tooth. Save your time, money and teeth, do not go to this place. Again I just went there because Dr. Q she was very knowledgable, nice and ethical, the only person who was still worth. But I am no longer a patient there, never going back. There is much more that happened when Dr. Q was in maternity leave. I only trusted her, now she left it is not worthy to come to this place. Also my husband told me that after the pandemic when he went there for his cleaning they started charging a $7 dollars fee to keep the office extra clean. Hello? This is not something you have to pay, this is their obligation and minimum they do. He refused to pay and then they waived it. read more

My teeth feel great the staff were great and my teeth are clean and that's all that matters.

They've had some turnover in the last 5 years, and the latest Dr Querishi has been difficult to say the least. She made a mistake while adjusting dentures once and blamed it on my mom. They blamed it on language and my mom not communicating. The next time around, I was present to 'translate', but she was oftentimes defensive. I spoke to the office manager, and her attitude wasn't as sarcastic or condescending but still pushy and defensive. You can tell that she lacks empathy for her patients and is easily frustrated. She channels that frustration onto the patients. But the absolute worst part is that when I'm not present, she tries to intimidate my mom into accepting a bad product instead of truly adjusting the product as she should. She's afraid of making the same mistake again causing the denture to fall out but now she's overcompensated due to her own insecurity and the denture is making my mom gag bc it's simply too long. This last visit she was so angry that she physically hurt my mom deliberately. It was when she was supposed to measure the back of the mouth. She's done this in the earlier stages with a rod and it's never hurt before. This time she struck my mom's mouth so hard, my mom's eyes instantly welled up and involuntarily cried and her whole body stiffened and jerked in pain. Imagine someone striking the upper back roof of your mouth that hard. It's so painful. It's unbelievable. There was no mistaking what happened- it was that bad and that different than prior measurements. There was another assistant in the room who apologized to my mom. But Dr. Querishi had the gall to pretend she didn't do anything wrong. This is a total lack of human decency. It was cruel. It's not my mom's fault - she's literally gagging when they put in the piece. Before Dr. Querishi said she'd fix the length at this step just to get past the prior step but it's a bait and switch. Honestly how could she treat another human being, her patient, this way? Everyone gets frustrated but to deliberately hurt the patient is unconscionable. We are genuinely trying to reason with her, not blaming her before for such a bad denture experience, but Dr. Querishi literally treats her patient as an adversary and is culpable for breaking her basic oath to patients. Once when my mom tried to get up to spit into the sink, Dr. Querishi yelled at her to sit down and told her how many other patients she needs to attend to. Seriously? read more

Yesterday was my first time going to Dental Pointe. I had a onlay that fell out that morning and they were able to get me in the same day to look at it. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I saw Dr. Fariha Querishi and she was very pleasant to speak with. Not only that but she was completely honest about what was going on with my tooth. I have a fear of going to the dentist and she definitely made sure I was comfortable. I highly recommend going here!!! read more

I was at lunch at work and somehow cracked my tooth! It was my first experience like this so I was shook up. Of course, as chance would have it, my normal dentist was closed that day. I called Dental Pointe on a whim and I was so glad I did. They were able to see me that day! I was so pleased with their services I got my crown through them as well. I've had two visits here and both times my experiences were great! It has been a few years since visiting the dentist and needless to say I was a bit nervous. However, the second I stepped into the office, Dental Pointe's amazing receptionist Erika made me feel comfortable and calm. Itzel, was the incredible hygienist that took care of me on both visits and I'm soo thankful to her! It's always difficult for me when taking X-rays, but she was patient with me through the entire process. The fact that she spoke in Spanish just raised the level of comfortability for me. My first visit. Looked on their website so I tried them. Excellent customer service from Erica getting all set up with on-line forms, insurance, etc. No problems. Extra and cleaning technicians were outstanding. Asked all the right questions and were fully safe and reassuring. Dentist was thorough and explained everything. Very pleasant. I was a patient here a couple of years back. At first I was seen by Dr. Janowski which I loved and was very happy with. After Dr. Janowski left I was seen by Dr. Akbar which I did not like. She was very rude and offered no solution to my problem but had no problem in pointing it out. I was also schedule with the oral surgeon they have on staff which was out of network with my insurance. After that experience I have stayed away from them as I know this is a business however as a patient I don't like to feel like a $ sign and rather a human being whose best interest is being looked after and that was not how I felt at Dental Pointe. read more

Hello - came here for my 2 year old daughter first dental exam. Clean office, short wait time, in & out. We are not from the Naperville area, but drove here for the reviews and because they accept my insurance. Daughter seemed a little nervous being so young, but the dental assistant Diana was very friendly and excellent. She showed my daughter cool dentist equipment. Explained to me what was going to happen. She even put my daughters favorite Elmo brush song on the TV screen... Mad props for that one. Daughter loved it. She was fantastic. Every dentist needs an assistant like her! They gave my daughter a goodie bag of a small toothpaste, toothbrush, stickers. The doctor herself was great. Friendly, showed my daughter all the tools. Patient and answered my questions. They also let me deny fluoride without bashing me, as my daughter is so young. Very happy for that. Overall... The visit was very quick happy to get my daughter an exam covered by my insurance with great staff. Hard to find good staff for pediatric dentist who accepts medicaid. I went in for a quick dental cleaning. they were polite, timely and took all my info and verified with insurance and provided an estimate and also suggested that i do x-ray since my insurance was covering it. Dr. Geroge explained things that can happen in the future and also gave lot of care tips for my specific situation. I grew up around dentists and spent many summers hanging around the office where my mom worked, even helping pick out billing software, etc. Of course, the best office ever to me will always be the one where my mom worked with our family friend, Doc. I have a lot of happy memories there. But alas, Doc retired about 5 years ago and my mom is doing something different so I had to look for a new dentist. Sigh. I went to a few, but didn't like them. One of the offices I visited had a dentist who smelled like smoke and the office was gross. One guy was a total jerk. Meh. I was distraught... would I ever find someone like my beloved, family friend Doc to trust with my teeth? But then, I found Dental Pointe online. This practice is awesome! And, YAY, they are 5 minutes from me. Major score! The dentist and the assistants are very thorough. The office is nicely decorated, clean, and the equipment is modern. The office staff is friendly and professional. They quickly prepared an estimate to have one of my very old fillings fixed. They send your appointments to you via email so you can add it to your Google or other online calendar. Nice! Highly recommended. Oh, and they do orthodontics too! read more

The problem was not fixed and I paid a chunk a money to this place for a dental filling . I finally decided to go back to my previous dentist and he told me that she made a crack in your teeth . Everyone from the receptionist to the dental assistant to the dentist exceeded my expectations! I'm not a fan of the dentist (shocker!) and haven't been to one in awhile but everyone was amazing at making sure I was comfortable. They thoroughly explained everything they were going to do ahead of time. I find it very disturbing, my 14yr old had a bad experience with one of the dental assistants asking questions the entire time she was adjusting my daughter braces. As if she didn't know what she was doing. I also don't appreciate the fact I have only spoken with Dr.Seeth twice in 14mths of my daughter being her patient. That's weird her to not engage with the parents of adolescents she is taking care of. I have no knowledge of what are was done. What care needs to be. Or any updates. Dr. Seeth accused me of threatening her because I asked her for an apology for my daughters last visit that didn't go well. My words were what if I were to put her experience on Facebook or yelp. Dr. Seeth said I will not allow you to threaten me. My 14yr old said my mother did not threaten you. Dr. Seeth in return said you can go elsewhere for her services. My insurance company has paid them. I also have paid over 1500.00 and my daughter has teeth are far from being fixed with braces the doctor put on. This is unacceptable and the last time I checked social media is not a threat. It's a format to voice our experience. Who wouldn't say bullshit after they paid almost 3000.00 and Dr.Seeth is refusing their daughters care. My language did not affect anyone in any way nor was it directed towards anyone, so therefore that point is invalid. Also, no one stormed out of the office Dr. Seeth told my daughter and I that we could leave and go find another dentist so I did what was offered. Love this dental office! The entire staff and Dr Sarah are amazing. I even feel this way after 2 hours in the chair. Visiting from out of state, I lost a filling and they were able to get me in right away. Ended up having a complete checkup and cleaning as it had been awhile. Today was my first time at this office and I could not be happier. I always dread going to the dentist but both the X-ray tech and Dr. Pittman made me feel very comfortable. I used to take my son here. I really like the dentist here. My initial visit was great no issues. However for the next visit I had with my son I was annoyed if anything and could not wait to leave. So before our second appt my son got his teeth filled at a pediatric dentist. And when i came back to dental pointe i told the dental assistant that she was like "where?" Im like they did top and bottom and i showed it to her. She goes "well i cant tell" like really? Are you serious? Why would i lie? Geezus and prior to this appt we had lunch so obvi my sons teeth had pieces of bread stuck in the middle and the dental assist was basically making me feel incompetent like i dont know how to brush my kids teeth. I did not appreciate that whatsoever. Finally the doctor comes in and the dental assist tells the doctor "she said she took him to get fillings but it doesnt even look like it" n im thinking in my head like dude you guys were the one who sent me there?! Maybe the dental assist didnt mean to sound rude but she did literally the whole time i was there. And kept talking about my sons teeth like hello we had lunch prior to this!!! 3 stars for the front desk lady cus she was nice and for the dentist cus i liked her alot. But no full 5 stars because of the dental assist she ruined my whole experience there. So i switched.. and im glad i did. read more
