That seemed low to me but, that's what was verbally quoted so, we decided to go with them. When we took the rugs in, she tells us its going to be $350 for both with ZERO EXPLANATION for the huge difference. We were getting ready to leave for vacation and we had already brought them in so, my husband reluctantly agrees to pay it. We asked when they would be ready and she tells us it will be several WEEKS because they don't clean the rugs, they send them out!! We finally picked them up yesterday and they are DIRTIER now than when we took them in!!! We were charged $350 for THIS???? My husband called today and they told him to bring them back. For what?
