After my General Contractor took the payment, I had provided for replacing my wardrobe mirror…read moredoors, I was left without the installation. The contractor explained that he had not installed the doors because they were scratched. Seeking a solution, I reached out to Orange Mirror and Glass and spoke with Mike. He informed me that the doors should have been installed and later replaced if necessary. Mike promptly scheduled an appointment to take measurements for the new doors. Once the measurements were completed, I visited the showroom to explore available options. Although I originally had two mirrored doors, Mike recommended upgrading to a set of three mirrored glass doors. He explained that this would make the doors lighter and provide easier access to the closet. I agreed with his suggestion, and Mike prepared a detailed proposal, which he sent to me via email. Later that week, I received the proposal and was pleasantly surprised by the price. Orange Mirror and Glass quoted a cost that was 50% less than what my General Contractor had charged. I promptly signed the paperwork and paid half the amount via credit card to proceed with the order. On the day of installation, Orange Mirror and Glass arrived 15 minutes ahead of the scheduled appointment time. I appreciated their punctuality, as it is uncommon for contractors to arrive early. The team removed my old, heavy mirror doors from 1973 and installed the new frameless doors efficiently within approximately 30 minutes. Based on this positive experience, I have decided that Orange Mirror and Glass will be my preferred glass company for all future projects.

I went into Ring neighborhood and asked for a shower glass referral and majority mentioned Golden Glass. I received an email quote from them but I just couldn't quite get there. A year later, they said they no longer do residential and referred me to College Glass who came and measured but it's been 3 weeks and they haven't reached back out to schedule an install lol. In the meantime, I looked through Yelp since I decided, I wasn't going to deal with a flakey company. I found Quality Glass! I liked the reviews which I don't always trust as some of them can be fake but the reviews sounded genuine. I called them and in less than a week, my glass was installed! I initially dealt with Christopher on the phone who was very professional super easy to work with and ask questions. The next day, Hector and the dad(not sure of name) came to measure. Wonderful demeanor, very approachable, great dynamic between the two. I then received a call that day to schedule the install. Install day, these two gentlemen came, did such a great job, and didn't leave a single mess. I am very particular and their install was very even and precise. I gave them a tip which wasn't significant and they were ultra grateful as if I gave them a hefty tip. I am very pleased and I officially have glass guys that I will be very happy to refer to everyone I know!

The techs did a great job, and the project was completed successfully. Even when we ran into an issue with the amount of panels/glass ordered not being the right amount (was missing 1 large panel), the owners were willing to work with us to come to a resolution that was fair for both of us, and ended up installing an extra panel for us at a significantly reduced cost just to make it right! Also specifically wanted to shout out one of their techs Nathan! One of the old panels they replaced was for some reason installed using some kind of cement by a previous owner, and Nathan was able to work through it and install the new panel anyway without damaging the old window frame which was a tough job. Highly recommend JT Glass and Mirror. They're a reputable local small business, do good work, have great pricing, and are pleasant to work with. I will be recommending them to family and friends that need this type of service!
