CAUTION DO NOT ALLOW WORKERS IN YOUR HOUSE IF YOUR WIFE OR CHILDREN ARE ALONE. AGGRESSIVE AND VIOLEBT WORKERS BILL NEED TO BE FIRED AND SO DOES HIS WORKERS. My wife was home with my infant child as the worker slammed my front door and ripped off two window screens and frames. He aggressive ripped off the screens, bent them into pieces and threw the pieces onto my neighbors yard. All because I wasn't going to pay full price for a screen door they were unsure they could do in the first place. Bill ( the guy in the office) told me oohhh well too bad when I called him about his employees reaction and how he made my wife fearful of what would happen next. Never got an im sorry or let me make it up to you and never got a phone call before the employee threw a temper tantrum in and outside my house. If Bill would have called the customer and discussed the broken screen door I would have gladly paid for the windows but not for a door they brought back damaged. Terrible customer service, violent employees they send to your house and do NOT stand up to their website which claims they go " Above and beyond to meet customer satisfaction and perfection." Change your website or remove Bill who obviously doesn't care how the staff acts or making the customer happy. read more

I got glass tops for my tables and kitchen cabinets in 2004. They're great, I'm still using them today. I redid my bedroom set and wanted glass tops for my beautiful set with curved tops. Gilbert came out and measured using tracing paper. Bill called me back in a few days with my quote. It was MUCH cheaper than another glass company I spoke to on the phone. Bill didn't charge for the measurements or delivery. Gilbert delivered the glass. He's a kind and professional worker. Thanks Bill. I had a broken window screen and needed to replace it. I went to Lowe's and Home Depot and they both offered "build your own" style replacement kits. With the cost of the frame, screen etc it cost $35-$40 plus you have to do the work. I had noticed a recommendation on Nextdoor forBourret's so I decided to get their price. I went there and the cost is only $30 plus tax. it was a no- brainer to get it done there due to lower cost and no need to do the work myself. If there was an option to select a rating of ZERO, I would! I have never written a negative review, as I like to give people and companies the benefit of the doubt. Maybe someone had a bad day. However, this company is horrific beyond my imagination. I had a father and son duo come for assessment of a large broken glass for glass replacement. The son seemed inexperienced, and I could instantly tell the father was providing on the job instruction and guidance. I asked for a quote for cleaning and tuning up my windows and all new screens. They began to test each window. The first window they opened up, the father removed the screen with absolute no regards to grace and care. He managed to bend the frame and then blame it on the frame being old (note, since then, we have removed every single frame without a single damage). Then, the two fo them wrestled with the window struggling to bring it back down. I overheard the father yelling at the son in Spanish for what seemed to be the wrong way to do it. Eventually, they forced it to open all the way, breaking a piece inside. The father showed the piece to me and said, this is the problem, and we will find it's replacement. The two of them left my house with a window that can easily be tilted open from a second story house! I have a 4 year old and a 6 year old in this house. The fact that it was just left there without any safety is a huge mistake on their end. Imagine the possibilities! After a few weeks, the father calls to tell me that the piece is no longer manufactured. I told him that it was the company's responsibility to fix the issue as my window is non-functioning and unsafe. And obviously, it was NOT BROKEN to begin with. The guy argued that it was broken to begin with, which of course, is a lie. He showed up with his son who he sent to talk to us while he looked out his car window. They literally just handed the broken piece to me and left. The father hung his head out the window and told me he will lawyer up if needed!!! The owner has yet to call me, apparently taking the word of his employee who is most likely petrified of his boss. Note: the owner never answers the phone, or calls back. When I asked the son to contact the owner right then and there he never answered his phone, and the son apologized profusely and said the owner is like that. I ended up calling another glass company: G. Lurie & Associates. Wow what a difference in integrity, professionalism, competence, and customer service. They beat Bourret pricing and were such a pleasure to work with! I dealt with Alex, Josh, and Rafa. I will be going with them for all of my screens, the broken glass window, and they even took the broken piece the other guys handed back to me and have taken care of the issue! YOU DO NOT WANT TO HAVE THE HEADACHE OF DEALING WITH AN UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY LIKE BOURRETS! read more

I had a broken piece of glass in a window for a door. I actually walked into this place by accident but it was a great experience. I dropped off my glass and picked it back up and was pleasantly surprised when I was told it was only $44. Other places I received quotes ranged from $56-$80. The young lady at the front desk was awesome too. Thank you for the great customer service. My reason for only 4 stars is because parking is tough to find. I am really disappointed with this company as they came highly recommend from my neighbors. I called them 2+ weeks ago to get a quote to repair our huge broken front window. I was told I would get a call back; two days later I had to call them, and I was told they were really busy but that someone would get back to me. Again, no call back. I called back a few days later and spoke with a man who said he would come out to do the assessment the next day (last Thursday), so I stayed home and waited. He never called and didn't show up. I called them back today and was told again that someone would call me back, but they haven't. They've just lost my business and respect. Two days before Thanksgiving I brought in a screen to be rescreened. I was expecting guests and the broken screen was in the guest bedroom. I was told that the owner had so much work before the holiday that it wouldn't be done until next week but she would really try to get it done before. My husband went personally to their location to set up an appointment and discuss details, had an order written up and an appointment set. My father in law left work early to meet the guys on the day of the scheduled appointment and no one showed up. We called and at first no one answered then once someone answered they said they would call the guys and call us right back, he waited longer. No call back! A week later, my husband called to schedule another appointment as if it was a new order and once the lady took down his information she says "the guys were suppose to go meet you last week right," yes and never showed up. He scheduled another appointment and went himself this time and waited..... no show!
