Shirley is just an overall wonderful person, the other staff members she has there are equally as great at taking care of our furry baby and our cat never acts stressed out when she goes there, or when we pick her up. He was very polite and patient and somehow he got these two guys to comply. I contacted other groomers within the area, but none of those places ever responded back to me through the email, which was very disappointing. But I'm so glad that Woofie came through for us. They were very courteous and responsive to me through Yelp chat, and all the questions I had were answered very promptly. I'm so happy with the results and our dogs look so clean and proper now.
