Jack is very excited every morning when we pull into the parking lot and he's always dying to get in the door which tells me he obviously loves it there! When I hear my pup give a huge sigh as he flops over onto the living room floor and starts snoozing away after a long day at day care it makes me very happy :) This place has allowed me to keep my dog content while I'm at work and what more could a dog owner ask for? The staff has been so friendly, the front receptionist in particular is very nice and funny! I think my only ask would be to have the video feeds viewable online so we can check in on our pups while we're at work. I know other day cares do that. Highly recommended for energetic puppers!

It's a very convenient location for me and pick ups/drop offs are so fast and easy! My only star deduction is because my dogs always come home with a horrible stench compared to other daycares they've gone to... :( so they need constant bathing now which is a bit of a hassle. Not sure what the heck they do to smell so bad, but I guess they come home happy and tired end of day so I'll continue to put up with it :)

During a recent pedicure at Angel Nails, I noticed the Zoom Room so I told my husband about it and he signed us up for a free intro class. Upon arrival we were greeted by the sweetest person and the front desk. She got us checked in and took our pup's first day photo - adorable. After getting checked in we waited and browsed their merchandise which included a lot of training treat options that we hadn't seen before. When it was time for class to begin, we got settled at our station. The trainer was kind and funny and taught us a few new things. Our puppy was very excited and interested in the other dogs but we eventually got her to pay attention to us about halfway through the class. Overall we had a good experience, but did find class to be a bit distracting with the various puppies and parents in attendance. We may consider returning for private training sessions in the future.

The puppy parties have been really fun as well and a nice way to connect with other zoom room members and fur babies.

Life changing!!!! I absolutely love Risa, the trainer & owner of George & Friends dog training…read more First off let me say what a beautiful soul this woman has. She's so caring, loving, understanding, patient, knowledgeable, and FUN! She instantly feels like that best friend/family type. She's just so great! I contacted her one day after a very unsuccessful training session with another company. Feeling defeating and like our puppy would never learn anything, I reached out in a panic. She not only contacted me right away but took her time to speak with me over the phone to get a feel of our puppy, my other dogs, my household, and me! She took detailed notes and reassured me all will be okay. The very next day we started our first lesson. Risa showed up on time, treats in hand & ready to go! We learned so much on just the first session alone. She teaches not only your dog, but you as well. She will also help you go over your household to make adjustments if necessary. I have been working with Risa for only about a month now, but it feels like we've had so many more lessons just based on how much my dog has learned! Risa is always a text, phone call, or email away. Her schedule is very flexible, and there's always an available time slot for you. Her scheduling system is also super easy and helpful!! Cannot recommend her enough. Don't even hesitate, book her right away!!

Risa related so well to us and we felt her to be a kindred soul who knew us and our puppy. She proceeded to help us all enjoy the training process, and understand our puppy so well that we are now an integrated family unit. She is a gift to us. I even asked her when could she move in and be part of our family. She has been an answer to our prayers that we didn't even know we had. We recommend Risa highly and know she is remarkable in working with folks and their sweet pets to make puppy leadership a gentle experience no matter the personalities of pups and parents. Risa is reliable, ethical, reaches out to help no matter what the issue or questions may be, and she is just amazing.

I recently had to bring my 9‑year‑old Rottweiler to this veterinary ER after he suddenly stopped…read moreeating and began coughing. The team here correctly diagnosed him with right‑sided heart failure, even though the underlying cause wasn't immediately clear. Unfortunately, we had to return the next day as his condition rapidly declined, and he ultimately passed. I want to be very clear: his passing was not due to any lack of effort or care from this team. What stood out most was their open‑concept treatment area, which allows pet owners to stay right beside their animals during critical moments. Being able to stand next to my dog, see what was happening, and feel included in the process meant more than I can express. I can only imagine how stressful it must be for the staff to work with owners watching every move, yet they remained compassionate, calm, and focused the entire time. If I had to be picky, some of their equipment--like the ultrasound probe--was a bit small for a large‑breed dog, which made imaging more difficult. But even with that limitation, they still managed to accurately diagnose what was going on and worked with impressive speed to try to save his life. Despite the heartbreaking outcome, I left feeling grateful. They cared about my dog, and they cared about us. I would highly recommend this ER to anyone facing an emergency with their pet.

Too many times we have gone to a Vet emergency clinic, our dog taken away, and we sit in a room wondering what's going on and panicking about where our dog is, is she scared, not getting updates, not understanding anything. Our dogs are always terrified to go in, they HATE being taken away from us, and we hate it. That is NOT the case here. When they say open concept - they mean OPEN. You are seated in an area, WITH your pet. The doctor and nurses come to where you're sitting, they sit on the floor with you. You're sitting next to other patients and their people, sitting on other couches near you. You're seeing them x-ray, do labs, triage, etc. on every single pet that comes in the door. You see all the chaos going on in a Vet ER as they do their passdowns and triage. It all becomes visible, and we left there understanding two things: 1) veterinarian emergency is chaos. There's always something. There's always pets in need. And there's always people wondering what's going on and just as scared as their pets. 2) Being able to SEE that first hand, helped us understand, empathize, but also bond with other pets and their owners - as we all sat together, talked while we waited, and created a sense of community in during that time when stress is at it's highest, with our furry family members.

I can take a few minutes to write a survey / review. Plus I've been coming to PetSmart for years for my family dogs (s/o Cali & Apollo!) BUT this time is different as my visit was for my recently adopted kittens "I recently got two kittens and as a first time cat owner I did not own any cat supplies. I knew the basics that I would need but I got everything I needed and more from PetSmart! I was impressed with the selection of products and the cleanliness of the store. Friendly staff. I was asked if I needed help finding anything. Since I was getting a lot of supplies (more than I had anticipated), the staff kindly let me leave my full (and heavy) basket at the cash register so I could continue shopping without having to carry my basket all over. It really eased my way and provided a calmer shopping experience. The associate at the register informed me of the PetSmart app and helped me create an account which was easy as 1, 2, 3! She was nice and friendly! I felt nervous purchasing so many items and was worried about what other people might think... but the register lady was very kind and helped to load my shopping cart. I'm not sure if she could tell or sense I was nervous... but she eased my nerves by congratulating me on my kittens and asking about them (which I was more than happy to share!)" I have been frustrated elsewhere trying to get our picky dog the food he will eat and it has been here every time I go in. The store is also very clean, a little cluttered which is pet peave of mine, trying to navigate aisles and customers (and pets). Stores need to stop filling the aisles with product. (Past life I was a grocery manager). Employees in the store tend to ignore you, but the cashiers are polar opposite and make me leave with a smile.
