This place has horrible service, one of the cashiers tried to rip me off, and another time the cashier argued with about my order and said I ordered something different. What happened to the customer being right. Also we asked the manager or business owner to call us and they never did read more

If there was a 0 star I would choose it. Ordered a pizza they told me 20-25 minutes I showed up and they hadn't even started my pizza. And heads up delivery sucks.... Expect an hour to 1.5 hours from the time you call... Pizza isn't even that great either. read more

Most flavorful , fresh and unique pizzas I have had in a long time ...We have tried the chicken bbq ...hot wing chicken and can't wait to try the cheeseburger pizza! This evening we ordered a couple of pizzas. It was a somewhat complex order and there was a new employee on the phone. Took a little longer than usual but she was polite and took the time to repeat the order back to us, and it was appreciated. Half hour rolls around and we get our pizzas.. they aren't what we ordered at all. We call to let the shop know. I simply tell them what we ordered, and what we got. The manager says "sorry, I've got a new girl on the phone". I tell him I am not blaming her whatsoever and I know what it's like to be at a new job, learning new things. There was no reason for him to point a finger at "the new girl". He says to me, "well this is what she put in the computer so it's what you got". I say yes, I understand this, but I want him to understand that it wasn't her fault that she made a mistake on her second day. He politely argued with me for another minute or two, which I found pretty unprofessional. Very unnecessary to be humiliating new employees. Don't know if I'll be ordering from Tano's again anytime soon.. I wouldn't recommend working there either. read more

Great place to get pizza! For one there pizza is awesome. But just as good is there service! We live outside of Black Earth, WI and not in town. We order here all the time since there isn't any other pizza place in Cross Plains. While they can make good food, and before really thought their BBQ chicken pizza was pretty amazing - they can really drop the ball when it comes to specifics on orders. We've ordered their subs, and everytime they mess up the order. I ask for lettuce and ranch and 4 times in a row they would mess it up. I'm pretty forgiving, but when it happens that many times in a row than someone just isn't paying attention to the specifics of an order. read more

The sauce was bitter. The cheese was very sparse. The olives were dumped in the middle of the pie rather than dispersed over the surface of it. I don't know if they have other types of crust. I wasn't offered any choices when I ordered, but I didn't care for the medium thick crust. It was too dense. I ordered from them once before, many years ago, but I won't be ordering again. So disappointed, I called Wednesday to order a pizza and no one answered, so I tried 10 mins later still no answer and it wasn't at a busy time it was 2 in the afternoon, so I gave up, then tonight I decided to try again, they answered this time but i ordered at 5:40 and it's been 2 hours since then and still no pizza.... We JUST ordered from you. 2 medium pizzas with gluten free crusts. Medium? Seriously? They are small at best, closer to a personal size, and they weren't even cut into slices. :-( We also ordered extra garlic butter sauce to go with our bread sticks......no garlic butter sauce. Also, just tasted the wings......hot wings are bland, and the garlic parmesan wings are all out disgusting! Never had anyone ruin wings like this.......yuck. We used to order from you all the time, then quality and promptness dropped drastically. I saw that you had gluten free crusts, and we decided to try you again instead of having to drive to the closest Papa Murphy's. What a mistake. I will gladly drive to Papa Murphy's for much better pizza at a much better price. We ended up paying a fortune for 2 small pizzas with gluten free crusts, missing sauces, and gross wings. I have no choice than to warn friends and family about wasting their money at your establishment. We believe in second chances, but once again Tano's failed. You have permanently lost us as customers. You should be ashamed of yourselves....charging so much for mediocor at best. read more

We live out in the country near Black Earth, and as far as I know this is the only pizza (or any!) place that delivers to us. Lucky for us, it's actually really good pizza! The specialty pizzas are pretty tasty and the endless coupon for them means they're reasonably priced to boot. It's hard to pick a favorite one, but probably Meatball, Bacon Ranch, and Southwest (with steak!) get ordered the most. I think we're probably towards the edge of the delivery area, but pizzas usually come pretty quick and they're always really hot. I feel bad making them drive out this far, so I tip pretty decently, so maybe that affects how quick they get out here. Either way, they're very good and I can definitely recommend them. read more

This review is for the recently opened LODI location for Tano's for which there is no yelp: Not having many pizza restaurants in Lodi, it's probably important to stay on top of the options this city has. Currently being the only open pizza place, this would be the time make the best impression. Tonight, that notion was so NOT exercised. When I called to place an order, I had asked about some of the veggies, and if they were canned or not. I was laughingly told not to try the mushrooms because "they're terrible"---(yikes!)--Not the best impression for your customer on the other end of the line. When I picked up the pizza, the woman at the counter was pleasant, but very loud, and a little inappropriate with the dialogue she was having with the customers. Overall, the professionalism was REALLY lacking. Fortunately, the pizza was excellent! Crust is great, homemade. Not greasy at all, even with the pepperoni. I was very satisfied with the food. I know they're just starting out, but setting a good first impression is so important, especially when another pizza place is opening on October 1st, just down the street. read more
