The turkey was a hot sandwich while the classic was a cold. The location itself is small, feels like a hole in the wall bar with great cozy vibes. Today was the absolute craziest retail dine-in experience I have had in any casual walk-up restaurant. We approached the ordering line and were informed that they were not taking dine-in orders at this time as they were working to fulfill a large delivery/pick up order. We were welcomed to take a seat at one of the many empty tables and they would call us up when they were able to help in-store guests. As a retail executive, I hope this customer experience approach is modified for both the customer and associate experience. That team member, whether a lead, a shift supervisor, a manager or a part time crew member should be reminded that in this day of pick up and delivery prevalence, an in-store dining customer is still worth some attention and priority during busy lunch hour (at a minimum)
