I just had the best Philly Steak Sandwich! It was well seasoned. I saw all kinds of seasonings, green peppers and onions. I had it dipped and smothered with nacho cheese. I couldn't stop eating it although I was full at half the sandwich. The service was fast and the cashier was really nice. I hope she feels better. We discussed the ace bandage on her elbow. Webyt there yesterday ordered 3 sandwiches with 1 extra pita and 1 extra zudzicki sauce. Took forever for them to take my order to begin with and there wasn't anyone in line???? Guy had me my order and I say, the pita and sauce is in here right? He says oh I forgot your pita. He gets it and I say, the sauce is in there right? He says yes. I get all the way home to find out no sauce. So I call to tell them and it's too far to go back so I said ok I'll be there tomorrow to get a refund because you ruined my dinner. He says ok. I go today give them my receipt and tell the girl what happened. The guy is there and verified that it happened. She says did you bring the food back? I said no because I ate a few bites with no sauce and just threw it away. She says I can't give you your refund without the food. Update: I reduced this review from 4 stars to 3 stars because I'm tired of the soggy fries. Lately, every time I go the fries are super soggy and seem to have been sitting around all day. What good is it to brag about freshly cutting fries if they are not crisp? Also, they really need to add Sprite to their drinks. Let me start with the philly steak- there was more bread than meat. The amount of meat I received was a joke I thought it was an error so I called the restaurant. I informed them my philly didn't have any meat on there. She told me that's how we make it. From knowledge a philly is not a dry bread sandwich. I should have known better, outside of Philly, PA I haven't had a good cheesesteak. I have liked food from here for about ten years. My favorite is the Polish Special. HOWEVER, this evening I went through the drive-thru and had a bad experience which was not resolved at all by a phone call. Ordered and paid for a Polish special and a hot dog. When I got home, what I received was three hot dogs. (No napkins or ketchup) I had put my car in the garage, hung up my coat and warmed my meal in the microwave. Sat down to dig in when I discovered the error. In a really hungry state, I ate it anyway, then called the restaurant and asked for the unavailable manager. Instead spoke to Chris who said: "I'll tell the cook." I requested a credit for what I had paid for. She said they don't make adjustments unless customer returns the food. She said owner/manager would tell me the same thing if he were there. I have not heard of a restaurant that would not consider making things right with me if I call them with a valid complaint about being short-changed. I surely would not be trying to get over for a couple of Polish sausages! Not saying "never" on going back there, but Simon Sez is just as close to my house. read more

I give this place 2 stars because i got 2 gyros and 2 fries. One gyro with extra gyro sauce and the other with only gyro sauce. They put extra gyro sauce on the wrong gyro which may have been my fault because i asked them to add It on at the window. But when i got home to eat it the gyro meat seemed sooo old It was chopped in chunks or gyro meat instead of slices. The meat didn't taste that bad but the way the gyro meat was sliced was not how I've ever seen a gyro sliced and I've been eating them for years! I ordered the bbq rib tips dinner and it was fantastic. {Quite honestly its enough food for 2} but makes excellent left overs for later. I also ordered some breaded mushrooms that were great!!
