This should have been told to customers when ordering that fries are included with the order. I was disappointed because I didn't feel like I got my money's worth of rib tips. It was half fries and half tips which was deceiving. I try to support my local community business and would have appreciate upfront information about what was included in my order for rib tips ONLY. First, they stopped using Vienna Beef for the hot dogs and sausages. Then they completely changed the chili, which now tastes like vinegary tomato paste instead of the classic chili people loved. And the fries? The great old fries have been replaced with skinny, limp, tasteless, greasy fries that are a major downgrade. They even got rid of the classic brown paper bag and replaced it with a sterile white one. It sounds like a small thing, but those little details were part of what made Arnie's feel like Arnie's. Unfortunately, this isn't just a case of a few things changing - the entire experience has been changed for the worse. If you're going to keep the Arnie's Dog House name, you should keep what made Arnie's Dog House great. I get all the way home to find out no sauce. So I call to tell them and it's too far to go back so I said ok I'll be there tomorrow to get a refund because you ruined my dinner. He says ok. I go today give them my receipt and tell the girl what happened. The guy is there and verified that it happened. She says did you bring the food back? I said no because I ate a few bites with no sauce and just threw it away. She says I can't give you your refund without the food. This place use to be awesome. the gyro meat was so overcooked that with sauce it was terrible! Will never go back! Food going downhill and service absolutely sucks! It's King Gyro from now on!
