I waited 5 min. before I went inside to wait for the order to be made. A young lady was busy cleaning an ice cream freezer. I sat down and waited for her. After a minute, she stopped and asked if she could help me. I told her about my donut order. She said "I have those made already ". I was surprised. When I got back to my car, I had to taste them. I had to try this new location for my favorite Italian beef. It seemed to be lacking some flavor this time but still tasty. My husband had the avocado burger and was pleased. The service was excellent and the grounds are very clean. This new location has two order lanes and a large parking lot. There is indoor seating and a total bonus is the Rainbow Cone that is integrated with Buona. The drive thru moved fast and I'll bring my kids soon for a rainbow cone! read more

My first visit to this fast casual restaurant. While Buono is famous for their Chicago-style Italian beef, we ordered salads on this visit. The chopped salad was very good, I substituted avocado for the chicken. The avocados fresh and so were all the other ingredients. The menu is extensive. Besides the Italian beef there are sandwiches, burgers, pizzas, pasta, and salad. The service at the drive thru was friendly and fast. Will plan to return and try more of the menu items. read more

$13 for a single cheeseburger and regular drink with no French fries, I expected it to be good. After I ordered and paid I was told it will be 8 minutes since they can only cook 2 burgers at a time and there were 4 burgers ahead of me. The burger looked good out of the bag but was crispy burnt and zero flavor. I recommend going next door to McDonald's, 1/3 the price and better sandwich. read more

Hubby ordered a #2 Classic Meal combo Beef and Sausage with mozzarella cheese, fries and soda. I ordered the #3 Hot Dog Meal Chicago style with everything, fries and soda. We waited a few minutes but I was quickly disappointed with the Chicago dog--what is it? 5"? Pretty bare, not loaded, no relish. Hubby discovered his sausage was inedible. While it was large, it tasted like it was old three years ago. Horrible taste. Fries unremarkable. I left hungry, hubby ditched the sausage. The food is always delicious and staff always friendly. The music is at the perfect level for dining. We've been eating beef sammies since your store opened. Today we ate one and it was sooo peppery it was awful. Our daughter stopped by with a beef from portillos and it was delicious. Is your beef premaid and if so please have them lighten up on the pepper..it takes away from your beef. read more

Placed an order for drive thru pick up and didn't get all of our food. (Only a total of 5 items in order) After returning to store to get missing item and speaking with someone, had to remind them more than once why we were there. Took 30minutes to finally get food. Overall, waited about an hour between originally receiving food and being able to eat. read more
