We went on Wed night when it seems most everyone had no power. The place was packed. the staff did everything they could to be attentive, patient and accommodating. Extra shout out to Matthew who went the extra mile and making sure our order was correct after some technical difficulties. He even came back and checked on us to make sure our food was good and that we were satisfied and if we needed anything else. Great service from a great young man. Well done CP Buona! read more

We stopped in for a quick bite, super friendly employees, food got to us super quick and the restaurant seemed pretty new and very clean. Started off with the Arancini beef bites, they weren't worth getting again, over cooked and dry. The beef sandwiches were great, as was the burger. Cooked perfectly and full of flavor. read more

I had to try this new location for my favorite Italian beef. It seemed to be lacking some flavor this time but still tasty. My husband had the avocado burger and was pleased. The service was excellent and the grounds are very clean. This new location has two order lanes and a large parking lot. There is indoor seating and a total bonus is the Rainbow Cone that is integrated with Buona. The drive thru moved fast and I'll bring my kids soon for a rainbow cone! read more

My first visit to this fast casual restaurant. While Buono is famous for their Chicago-style Italian beef, we ordered salads on this visit. The chopped salad was very good, I substituted avocado for the chicken. The avocados fresh and so were all the other ingredients. The menu is extensive. Besides the Italian beef there are sandwiches, burgers, pizzas, pasta, and salad. The service at the drive thru was friendly and fast. Will plan to return and try more of the menu items. read more

Excellent food if you can stomach $12.00 for a sandwich . Don't eat in shop cause it's tiny and crowded. read more

I stopped by and got the sausage and beef bowl and it was a good amount and delicious. I like that it came with a small piece of bread so I didn't feel like I was getting cheated of the bread. read more

Food was good. Just had the beef sandwich and fries. The service was great since we were there for the first time and weren't familiar with menu for the drive thru. Young lady was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend Was only a few dollars more than the competition but you got more than the competitors. Will certainly try again read more

The food is always delicious and staff always friendly. The music is at the perfect level for dining. Would've done 5 stars but my daughters hot dog meal had so much mustard and ketchup all over the out of the bun it was a true challenge to eat :( Can't beat the rainbow cone though! THE best! read more

I wasn't familiar with this restaurant but I fell in love with their beef sandwiches. Then I had their burger, and it was great too! And then the pizza too! Who would have thought a fast food restaurant could do all three of those things well. And the staff has been consistently nice and helpful. Love this place! (Oh and the ice cream at the connected Rainbow Cone is fun too!) read more

We stopped in here after our workout as hubby was looking for a burger. Really liked the look of the place, open, clean, and bright, and the employees had smiles and happy to accommodate. Hubby ordered a #2 Classic Meal combo Beef and Sausage with mozzarella cheese, fries and soda. I ordered the #3 Hot Dog Meal Chicago style with everything, fries and soda. We waited a few minutes but I was quickly disappointed with the Chicago dog--what is it? 5"? Pretty bare, not loaded, no relish. Hubby discovered his sausage was inedible. While it was large, it tasted like it was old three years ago. Horrible taste. Fries unremarkable. I left hungry, hubby ditched the sausage. Tip added to the check which pushed $30 badly overpriced for the food. Won't be back. read more

Had a bit of a long wait but Audri really turned it around. Thank you, Audri! Food was great, perfect beef sandwich!!

It was horrible. The lady was a little snappy. We clearly asked for only cheese on the burger nothing else, but they proceed to put everything on the burger. We came here 34 minutes before closing, which doesn't mean you should mess up our order. I will not be returning if I could give zero stars I would. I do not recommend if you want a decent burger just go to McDonald's. read more

The food was amazing! Get the bacon burger meal and it will change your life! Service was on point and kind! The atmosphere was so cool especially mixed in with the Rainbow Cone! read more

food was great. atmosphere great employees very helpful. I will be revisiting very soon and often

Ordered mini donuts. Pickup order. I used the app to order even though I was in the parking lot. It showed they would be ready in 15min. I waited 5 min. before I went inside to wait for the order to be made. A young lady was busy cleaning an ice cream freezer. I sat down and waited for her. After a minute, she stopped and asked if she could help me. I told her about my donut order. She said "I have those made already ". I was surprised. When I got back to my car, I had to taste them. They were warm and fresh! Very good and a nice young lady! read more

$13 for a single cheeseburger and regular drink with no French fries, I expected it to be good. After I ordered and paid I was told it will be 8 minutes since they can only cook 2 burgers at a time and there were 4 burgers ahead of me. The burger looked good out of the bag but was crispy burnt and zero flavor. I recommend going next door to McDonald's, 1/3 the price and better sandwich. read more

Great Italian beef sandwiches. Service is excellent. Kept the quality and though they have expanded.

We've been eating beef sammies since your store opened. Today we ate one and it was sooo peppery it was awful. Our daughter stopped by with a beef from portillos and it was delicious. Is your beef premaid and if so please have them lighten up on the pepper..it takes away from your beef. read more

I'm glad that we have a different chain option finally. I get the plane based Italian beef and it hits the spot!
