They were accommodating and came out to measure to make sure everything would fit. Day of install they where on time and very professional. We did not end up meeting tent as it did not rain until the day after the party but the tent really rounded up the decor and was part of the vibe for the evening. We did that and our son was excited lol. He didn't know where to start or end lol. We let him get used to the place for about 20 mins and decided to leave for nap time and come back later. A few hours later, maybe around 330? We came back and there were 2 kids inside. Which was fine. Our son started playing and got to see a dancing character. I was happy that my son wasn't scared lol. Overall he did good and he loved the place. B4 departure, we got to chat with the owner who was super cool. He was telling us how they've been at that location for 6 years! Super crazy bc we had NO idea! I love that this place has bins all around for soiled toys for them to disinfect once a child put it in their mouths. They have a jumper, slides, play ice shop, play grocery store, an area just for under 2 years od age, party rooms, just about EVERYTHING! They have snacks for the kids! It's crazy. The only thing i can't comment on is the bathroom but I was told, they offer crocs to walk in once you enter the restrooms! Since our first time here, I've been back a second time a few days ago to have my son see Minions bc he loves them. I brought my sister and my father and they both agreed that's this place is BOMB! Please come here so my son can make more friends lol and bring your kids bc the weather is going to get nasty and parks will be way off limits!

They blatantly skimped on the food budget, to the point that the desserts were so insufficient that they were only enough for the people at the front tables. As the days went by, we realized many other shortcomings in the details they promised but failed to deliver. Furthermore, their professional ethics leave much to be desired: they recorded my testimonial, advising me only on what suited them. And then they used it in court. A word of advice for everyone! Guests enter through an unusual side door gate to the garden, which is not too bad, but not as formal as I would have liked for a wedding venue, this needs a little help. The patio and tent area are really nice! Even has a nice fountain. The bar is a bit small. The bartender was nice but it seems like they need more help just being more attentive. The grounds a really nice and kept up, a smaller venue, but just right for an intimate wedding and reception. Great spot for photo opportunities, especially at sunset.
