They were accommodating and came out to measure to make sure everything would fit. Day of install they where on time and very professional. We did not end up meeting tent as it did not rain until the day after the party but the tent really rounded up the decor and was part of the vibe for the evening. Great service and they took it all down efficiently and quietly.

I had an issue with a tablecloth and on the day of the event they attempted to help with an alternate solution. I was not able to come get another table cloth but I appreciated that they tried to help. If you're not white you will not get good service, (be aware). All I said to her was hello as I got to the counter, no greeting back. This was last October '24 and I don't miss going into that store. I called my friend and got the balloon girls number. I had to have her!! Setting up an appointment was easy. I spoke to Nataly and she was super friendly & helpful. Her and her husband came last night and set up my backdrop and balloons. They did an amazing job!!! It looks awesome! I have viewed pictures and videos of their work and seriously they are so talented! I'll be using them for all my get together's.

My adult guests were all raving about it all night I thought I was going to get swindled because a family member had gotten swindled with a cake order via facebookin the past. but i thought ok let me try this . it turned out so nice & it was a really detailed creations. For me,the theme was swimming party but i love flamingos , they made my day so magical everyone was really impressive and high quality creations I highly recommend both of them they are a awesome team professional & reasonably priced they really made sure i was happy with there work at one point they even went the extra step and made a run to a local party store to get more realistic flamingo ballons i appreciate it so much as it really made there creation pop out more they had great communication skills verry friendly . i was not stressed out they did everything it was a smooth day and all my party guessed loved it thank you for everything will definitely be doing business soon Lena !
