Dulceria La Piñata is THE BEST PIÑATA STORE in Modesto! Once again, Señora Maria (owner) has delivered a custom made piñata for my son's birthday party. This year he is turning 10. He wanted a Minecraft LEGO piñata with specific cone colors & colorful ruffles. We provided a template to Señora Maria & she immediately got to work. Today we came over to picked it up. It was beautiful! Sturdy! Shinny! And It looked perfect! And just before we left the store, we were offered a free piñata stick to go with it. Yay!!! The owner and family have always treated us so kindly over the years. I am so grateful for them. They are a very respectable family that works very hard to provide quality products. We've always order a piñata from them since our son has been born. I highly recommend Dulceria la piñata not just to purchase a good quality beautiful piñata but because they offer a variety of Hispanic products such as candy to pottery & more. Definitely a great place to get a piñata! We couldn't find a Transformer one for my son, and the woman working said that they could put one or two together for us last minute! And I am so pleased with how these turned out! They were super sturdy, kids had a hard time breaking into them. The best little pinata store ever! Was throwing a 4 H graduation party and had no idea what I wanted... Immediately found the cutest PIG! He was adorable, I knew right away it was the one! They helped me assemble the candy and we were set, no problem! If you order ahead they can design just about anything to match your theme! The staff is so sweet, just ask! I weep be using them quite often! The PIG was a hit.. my graduate didn't even want to open it... she wanted to keep him for her college dorm lol read more

needed an ant-man piñata for sons party. ant man party supplies are really really hard to find and mostly everything had to be ordered online. i had settled on a birthday cake pinata but son really wanted ant man. found this place on yelp and decided to check them out even with the lack of reviews. the lady spoke english and was so helpful. told me to bring in 2 full page pictures of that i wanted. i picked out 3 colors i wanted and was told it would be ready in 2 days! there are different prices for different sizes but they are very reasonable. i got a nice medium size one and it was custom made for $15. was a big hit with my son. made him so happy. i def recommend this place if you need a custom and/or good priced pinata. also, i walked around and noticed they have a lot of different character pinatas. im sure no matter what your theme is you can find a matching pinata here. they also have a large variety of mexican candy. read more

Sign in the window says they have changed their hours. Call first. Apparently this is the best piñata store in Modesto, so we spent our money in a great, great store in Stockton. read more
