i was pleasantly surprised that i was going to like the pizza, but i did! the restaurant is beautiful and cozy and the service is amazing!! the food and coffer were delicious!

Yummy crust! I had the Ricotta pizza with pistachio pesto, mozzarella, and lemon zest. I found it a bit too oily for my taste but the roasted pistachios give it a yummy saltiness that makes you want to keep digging in until the last bite. My boyfriend had the Prosciutto with grape tomatoes and arugula, I had a bite of it and found it to be pretty good. The place is small and inviting, could seat max 20 people. Prices are good for the quality you get. For both pizzas including tax and tip 37$

Ok, I am a huge fan of Bottega, arguably the best pizza in the city. But the P900 is freaking good. The atmosphere is great, simple and pizza focused. The food, especially the pizza is reasonably priced and really good. I have had just about every type and I have enjoyed them all. The ingredients and the quality is there. I really like the spicy pancetta pizza, buy I like spicy. The only down is that all locations seem to be small and super simple so not too comfortable and the pizza is small so sharing 1 doesn't work. Enjoy!

Great little place for excellent brick oven pizza! Good atmosphere good wine list good prices!!!

Cool delivery bike outside of the restaurant. Purely for decoration it appears.

Visiting this restaurant for the first time during the summer was a treat. My wife and I sat outside in a cozy area where the waitresses and waiters could barely get through between the tables. The casual sidewalk and street traffic was enjoyable. They appear to have a policy where any waiter or waitress can help as we were serviced by three different people all very helpful and friendly. I rate the service a solid five stars. The selected Chianti glass of wine paired nicely with the sausage pizza we ordered (Saucisse italienne douce). The sausage was very fine and wasn't chunky as you might expect. Over all this was a wonderful experience that we repeated a second night while in town.

Good quality pizza. Not the best pizza, but no complaints. The service is good overall and the decor is nice. I would recommend.

In terms of my yardstick for Greek style thick and juicy crust loaded with tons of cheese, I'm used to B&M which always does a pretty good job. Based upon the reputation and pedigree of this restaurant, I had high expectations. The pizza arrived quickly and upon opening the box, I had a huge smile on my face. It's been a long time since I laid eyes on such a good looking pie. The crust looked thick and doughy, the generous toppings (I ordered a meat lovers with extra pineapple...that's how I roll) were bursting out of a pool of perfectly browned mozzarella. Never has the look of a food been so misleading. The taste of this pizza had virtually no redeeming qualities. BTW....I was STARVING! The cardboard box might have tasted good given my hunger. Unfortunately the cheese was absolutely tasteless. How does one go about sourcing mozzarella made without any salt? Is the even a thing? The toppings also had no taste at all. The pepperoni was completely bland. The pineapples were tart instead of sweet. Finally, the crust was simply ridiculous. They give you the option between thick and thin crust. My definition of thin is near razor thin crispy pizza. There's nothing wrong with that, but I was in the mood for a regular pizza so I selected thick. Big Mistake. This was the thickest and most tasteless crust I've ever tried. Imagine the disappointment of getting through all the tasteless toppings and cheese just to land on crust that is neither salty nor sweet. There is no airiness to the crust. It is simply a solid tasteless mass of wasted opportunity. On Super Bowl Sunday, this pizza broke my heart like Fredo in Godfather II. I got through one slice and tried in vain to start a second before tossing the whole disaster in the garbage in a moment of resignation and dejection. Khalid S.'s review from November 28th 2016 is spot on. I will not be eating here again.

I now have a pizza option that rivals the best of NY, New Haven, and all the rest! Pizza Bouquet is labeled as a hybrid of other styles (NY and New Haven) and they are spot on ... more leaning to the NY version. This is exceptional pizza created by an energetic and passionate staff. I have only been there once, but in that short visit it was obvious that the pizza reflects the people that work there ... creative, fun, unique, and welcoming. They sell several great pies and actually offer both slices and whole pies. I ordered a pepperoni and hot pepper pie but as I sat there I had to get a slice of their upside down pie. While they were both outstanding, I have to say, what I cannot stop thinking about was that upside down slice. That was freaking magical. I would eat it there through because of the complexity and nuances of the actual pizza. Do not let this one sit ... trust me. Overall, this is a destination pizza in my book ,,, welcome to the world of pizza relevance Pizza Bouquet ... you guys do it right. Special shout out to the lovely ladies that danced through the entire preparation of my pie. Loved everything about this place!

New Montreal style pizza…read more Considering I've not heard of or tried "old Montreal style pizza"; just sayin'. The crust, similar to the NYC pie. Thin, gently crisp, some chew and char. Easily foldable. Follow it up with just the right amount of quality ingredients are brought together in just the right proportions with quirky flair. Upside down pizza (cheese first, sauce on top) or stranger still, a double carb potato pizza. Speaking of, the potato pie is so good. All the ingredients from a potato mille feuille with a hit of fresh rosemary and grana padano atop the well made crust. Rich, creamy, nuff said. Equally good the mushroom with its "mushroom cream" (think a thin duxelles) base, rosemary to season and meaty creminis and motz to round it all out. Finally the sopressatta. I mean, come on, who doesn't love a cheese pie made even more complex with goat cheese, honey and grana padano? Sold by the slice or whole 18 inch pie. Inexpensive. Is it better than the NYC pie? No. But it's definitely not as boring either.

The delivery took far too long, and when it arrived, I ate it quickly as I was famished. With each bite, I kept lamenting how subpar this pizza tasted. When you're hungry, your mind starts to play tricks on you. You think that maybe the next bite or next slice will taste better. No such luck. From the first bite to the last, the experience was downhill all the way. The medium pizza I ordered was clearly smaller than the standard 12 inches. The pizza dough had no taste whatsoever, was fairly thin, and didn't hold up to the toppings. The outside crust was completely dry and almost seemed stale!? There was plenty of cheese on it since I ordered extra cheese. Nevertheless, they left out the red peppers I had ordered and paid for. The pepperoni slices were very small and scarcely sprinkled. At least the food is inexpensive, but I would love to go back in time a few hours and order a pizza from B & M instead.

Because of the positive exchange when I dropped by while in the neighborhood a year or two ago, I…read moredecided I would return. After all, Pizzeria Napoletana is one of the best known pizzerias in Little Italy, and in Montreal. I also learned that they accept credit cards, which is important for folks who are from out of town. I walked in and they were busy. After a short while, I was seated. There was a long table of about a dozen university-aged girls nearby and I was able to preview the service from that. My server was attending to them, checking in with them, and bringing them what they requested. He was also the same way with me, which was appreciated, so I can say that the service is now much better, or it was on this evening. There was a small amount of confusion. Pizzeria Napoletana puts their own names on their different pizzas. There's nothing wrong with that if that's what they want to do and many restaurants come up with their own names for dishes. However, for a handful of standard and popular pizzas in Italy and elsewhere, they should feature them with the same name and same ingredients. They do for the Margherita. However, I was hoping to find a "capricciosa" or a "quattro stagioni" like the ones I've eaten for years. I couldn't, so the server got me to the pizza closest to a "capricciosa" after telling him what they usually contain and we added an ingredient for a small upcharge. The pizza was definitely fine, but not memorable like I was expecting it to be. I think it had to do with the edges and interior of the crust, with the edge being a little crustier and the interior tearing apart too easily. If you've had the local pizza from a wood-fired oven in Naples or Campania, it generally is memorable. The prices seemed reasonable, less so with additions, and in the ball park for what is now a more and more sought after Little Italy. I am glad they now take credit cards because, if they didn't, I wouldn't have gone in. I avoid businesses that don't take plastic when traveling. Also, they are definitely authentic, dating back to something like 1948. If asked in English, they would not say "Naa-boo-lee-dahn," which is what a Jersey Shore Italian-American might say because they are too diluted and disconnected. Even if it's Gino the Canadian, he'll say Neapolitan in Italian closer to how it should be pronounced, even if in the regional dialect. Pizzeria Napoletana is fine. It's that I've still got a favorite pizzeria in the Montreal area. For most other people, this pizzeria would be a 4. It may be that I'm pickier when it comes to a type of food I grew up with.
