We order from here weekly at this point so we have been trying new dishes each week. To my amazement this restaurant has had no problem taking out correction and do a few subsatutons here and there. So far we tried Chicken Marsala with breaded chicken (instead of grilled) and the Chicken and Sausage Scarpello again with breaded chicken instead of grilled. I ordered this pizza last night because I had heard from friends that it was a good place to eat. This was my first time and it was literally the worst pizza I've ever had in life. The pizza was extremely soggy and wet and disgusting. I couldn't even hold it up without all the toppings falling off. It was completely inedible and when my husband called to let them know about our experience, all they offered was 10% off, which is the exact promotion that they have going on at all times. As far as I can tell, this is the only place to get a great slice in the area. Their crust is always crunchy, the sauce is excellent, and the cheese is quality. Overall, the pizza served here is VERY good by any New Yorker's standard- which should be pretty damn high. Stop in, order whatever...it's alllll good. read more

I give this joint 2 stars b/c the bldg is nice. Very disappointed, last Friday I bought some garlic knots and they were stale. Could not believe the baker tried to just dismiss me. Well let me tell you about the worst experience this place gave me today!!. I'm a usual customer that buys pizza from here but from now on I will never do business with them and don't recommend anyone to go here. I order a small pepperoni pizza here for delivery, when I received my pizza it was missing the pepperoni, I called them back to make them aware of their mistake, they made me text them a picture to their employee to prove that I wasn't lying and yet after being on hold for more than 10mins their superviser/Mananger/family owner started cursing me out saying I was " trying to rip him off". But I'm the one who got charged for a pepperoni pizza and received a plane pizza. I will never come back here again, they definitely lost a customer & many more. . . Don't come here . Joe or John what ever this guy name was needs to take some customer service classes and needs to learn how to speak to people over the phone and not do false accusations. read more

Very Good food. A Pizza place right around the corner from me that I never have an issue with when it comes to the quality of their food. I love their "Pizzatini" sized personal pies. Definitely a good amount of food for your buck. Only issue is that delivery always takes a bit longer than usual, especially when I live right down the road. If it wasn't for that, I would have given them 5stars. But keep it up! read more

Pizzatini once a love relationship then turn sour now. I've been there from the start when it was worth stepping into the clean refreshing little pizzeria in the corner that didn't belong in Hempstead. Many current events had led to this unfortunate review, to shed light on the consumers point of view the business has falling off drastically, since the opening it's like they don't care about the quality of the food, once consistent and full of life only to be replaced by mediocre food /pizza you can get anywhere in town dust infested lamps,walls and damaged display menus, which made the Resturant feel dehydrated of leadership. I've had problems where I've left my number and promise a call from the owner for my bad experience, but nothing. I lost all hope on pizzatini because I wouldn't be surprise if the business doesn't get bought out by C Town or closed within the next 3 years...Thank you for your strong young rookie years, but now your an injured dusty bencher..I'll take my business to dominos. read more

At 9:28PM I called in a pick up order, I ordered a grilled shrimp salad with cucumber, tomatos and Italian dressing. When I arrived I asked the cashier were there utensils, she then checked the bag and put utensils in the bag. When I reached home I opened my salad and there were 4 SHRIMP & 4 PIECES OF SLICED TOMATOES along with my lettece & cucumber. I called back and asked to speak to the manager, the guy who picked up the phone said the manager isn't here he's the one in charge. He said the salad is a house salad & 4 shrimp comes with the salad along with olives and other things I DO NOT eat. I give the guy my number and the manager calls me. The manager tells me is 10:30pm and I'm arguing with him over a salad. First off i spent $15 dollars on what exactly? No bread he tells me bread only comes with entrees and normally if someone is ordering a salad they're dieting so they don't want bread. Well guess what I'm not on a DIET I was craving a salad so that's what I ordered. Is that okay with you ? If you don't know customer service don't open a business. As I work hospitality I should have gotten a brand new salad with more shrimp and bread. I will never order with you guys ever again, I'll take my money to A TOUCH OF ITALY.
