Sept. 20th, we ordered 1 small Veggie Special thin crust pizza, 1 Chicken Parmigiana with Zitti and 1 Penne Chicken with Spinach instead of Broccoli. Cut to the review, it was AWFUL! First, the garlic rolls were stale and hard as rocks. You can tell they were not fresh. Threw them away. The Penne with chicken an spinach was inedible. The spinach was from a can and the chicken was dry and hard. Only the penne was edible. The chicken went into the garbage. Finally, the Chicken Parmigiana was same as the Penne with Chicken and Spinach. The chicken was hard and dry and the plate must have had 2 cups of red tomato sauce covering over where you had no idea what was underneath. So much sauce that with your eyes closed, you had no idea what you were eating. As for the pizza, nothing to write home about. Little flavor and the thin crust had no body to it. Picking up a slice was like a wet noodle, everything would just slide off the slice and into the box. Very disappointed as this was recommended to me. My order number was #73948 on 09/20/2020. Threw away $48.12. It's the type of meal you just say NEVER AGAIN! Sorry to see a local merchant screw up like this in every one of the dishes we ordered. read more

I went to Pizzarella twice. The first time I had a GREAT experience (amazing food!!!) The second time, however, the waiter asked me if I was pregnant. I recently gained weight due to a medical condition along with the fact I am unable to have children and was mortified by the comment. After I politely told him no, he persisted on asking if I was sure and rubbing his own stomach. I was with my family from out of state and we quickly paid and left and I have not been back since. I've ordered from Pizzarella for many years. The pizza is really good, except when you use the free coupons that you collect after ordering 10 pizzas. So, I called in and ordered a large cheese pizza and a large veggie pizza. I went in to pay for the pizzas with the free coupons and cash for the veggie pizza everything was fine, until the next time I ordered another large pizza using the free coupons that we collected. I noticed that the cheese is not the same as the pizza before. The cheese is thick and hard to digest. So, I thought that maybe they changed their cheese.... The same thing happened the next time I ordered. So I came to the conclusion that they have my phone number (stared**) for using free coupons and not saying before ordering. They went as far as using a different pizza box without the coupon. I asked about it, she said that they were out of the original box.. Funny! I won't be ordering from them ever again. read more

This place is comfortable, relaxing and the pizza is excellent!!! The service is great too. I had the most delicious sausage and mushroom pizza. As the saying goes..."it was out of this world." The people who work there and own it are Brazilians. I love Brazilians! They take pride in what they do and cook. They are wonderful and kind people. I bought a Yelp $30 coupon for $15 and showed them on my phone and they let me use it without any problem even though I did not have the printed copy. They used my phone for the $30 discount and my phone app then was marked as redeemed. They treated me great. My server was very attentive and had an excellent attitude. I have eaten here before several times and the food and service have always been excellent. I did not choose this restaurant because of the Yelp discount but when I checked in and saw it of course I chose to pay $15 for $30 of food. The owners and management are nice people who care about your satisfaction. I highly recommend this restaurant for good food at good prices with people who care. read more

Being Brasilian this pizza is probably the closest I'm going to get to actual Brasilian pizza. The dough isn't the exact same as back home but the toppings sure are. Not bad! Tried the Gnochi with meat sauce. Very light & fluffy gnochi like mom use to make. Really liked ten pizza as well. Good thin crust, tasty sauce and cheese. Have to try it again to really get a better feel. We will definitely go back or get delivery. Only reason for 3 stars instead of four is the add on price for the meat sauce. The gnochi with meat sauce was on the board as a special, then billed as a gnochi dinner with an add on of meat sauce. I would think meat sauce would have been one of the cheaper sauces. Maybe I'm being nitpicking, but I hate the up charges. Just give me one price! The waiter was also shocked when we said "hello how are you?" He didn't even respond, no hello when we sat down... My husband and I were EXTREMELY disappointed in the food. He ordered a Meat Lover's Pizza and I ordered the chicken parmigiana. They both were barely edible. My chicken parmigiana looked like something you get inside of a frozen dinner and tasted like a frozen dinner as well. My husband's pizza looked unappetizing and he was not impressed with the taste as well. There is nothing authentic or tasty with either dinner. Bottom line, save your money and go somewhere else. If you want to get their foods, save your time and get them from the frozen food aisle at your local supermarket. This is our first and last time at this restaurant. What a shame!! read more

I stumbled across this pizza place a few months back, and I have been back a few times for more than just the pizza. There is a decent menu of Italian food, and a specials board with decent specials each day. There is also a full bar. I am not sure if the business is family run, but the waiters, cooks and bartenders are constant over the months, and are exceptionally polite and quick with a smile. The service is quick, and the food is prepared in a fast fashion, though it is also made correctly. While the majority of the food is good, but not anything to write home about, the pizza makes this place worth the trip. It is a nice thin crust that is so fresh and delicious that you can taste the butter with every bite. The cook does not spare the toppings, the pizza is covered in them. I have actually driven from Miami just to have this pizza. There are two TV's, one always seems to have the news, and the other has sports on at any given moment. The bar is small, maybe 10 stools, but it is comfortable, and there is a good selection of draft beers to choose from while you eat, or wait for your take out to be ready. You need to maki it your job to give this pizza a try if you like think crusts. read more

I like this place a lot. They have whole wheat crust that cooks up nicely and offer a wide variety of toppings. I can only vouch for their pizzas, but I order from here regularly. The crust is thin, so if you order a lot of veggies, you'll need a fork and knife for the pizza. read more

The food here is not authentic Italian. It's actually Brazilian. I assume their Brazilian Italian. I've been here a few times when Visiting here with family, I would not come here if it were up to me. The foods just ok. I have had worse and better. The service here is awful which pulls my rating down for this place even more. Our waiter in glasses seemed more concern to sit with Brazilian patrons and chat with them then to bring us our water. He forgot the bread and never checked back with us to see if we needed anything after he bought us our order.
