DalMoro's has a premium location, considering it's one of the first spots you see when you walk in to the food hall. Ordered the fusilli pasta with like butter sauce sprinkled with some Parmesan and a side of meatballs for the kids. Also got the rigatoni with Cacio e Pepe topped with bacon. When you take that first bite of the pasta, you can taste the difference in the fresh pasta. Even our kid's simple "Like Butter" dish was delicious. But our favorite was hands-down, the rigatoni with Cacio e Pepe and bacon. Great combo of flavors, the rigatoni catches the sauce just right. So freaking good!!! When we left, I had to tell Elliott the pasta was hands down our favorite of the variety of foods we had at Block 40. The fresh pasta made all the difference.
