Never been to a Kosher pizza shop so this was a new adventure. The parking lot is snug due to the market sharing the lot with the pizza shop. It was extremely busy inside with lots of pick up orders. The large cheese slices were only $3.99 and the deep dish pizzas or the tomato slices were about a buck more. Dont even ask for any meat on your pizza - yeah, its a Kosher establishment. Upon removal of my slice from the oven, the molten cheese was still bubbling as it hit my paper plate. The baker cut it in half so my wife could share. The top was so oily it took three napkins to soak it up. Oily or not, the zesty sauce was great and tasted good although the cornicione (edge) could have been crispier. Due to certain jewish laws, the shop on Saturdays is only open at night from 830pm to midnight and an early 3pm closing on Fridays with normal business hours Monday thru Thursday.
