Server and bus-person were quick and my husband liked the seating area. The complimentary bread was delicious with butter. It's a family friendly place and spacious booths allow for larger tables. We really enjoyed our paninis and salad - just know that their Sicilian which we didn't get this time - is also really good. I also liked their grandma! Order mozzarella sticks. The peel top of one of the butters was in our marinara sauce. All we get is a "sorry". No replacement, no comp. 2. Found a hair in my food. They take it back to remake it. The new entree is now half the size it normally would be, with barely any cheese. 3. Server never brought bread. And by the entree comes I say something & the waiter is like "oh they never brought it?". My favorite is the garden salad (I add grilled chicken), which is huge. I alway have plenty to bring home for another meal. I also love the pizza with the cauliflower crust. It's crisp and delicious. The place looked really nice, it's recently been remodeled so it has a fancy feel to it, but you don't need to dress up. You find traditional pizza as well as more delicate pastas . We were seated very quickly and we were received with a smile which was nice. The buffalo wings were pretty good, I enjoyed them a lot, they came with blue cheese dip which was just ok, it was kinda hard at the bottom, making it hard to eat it by dipping my wings, I was finishing up my carrots when the server came and simply took my plate away without asking if I was done which was a bit rude in my opinion. The server was indeed super sweet and nice but that kinda rubbed me the wrong way. The pizza was a traditional Margherita pizza and we added mushrooms to it, the pizza was good but not great, it was thin crust but not crunchy which left me a bit confused because normally if it's thin crust, it's crunchy too but this had the texture of a regular dough pizza just very thin, not a fan lol. Overall the place was nice but nothing great really, prices were also average so at least you won't break bank, but if you are looking for just your regular local pizzeria, I'd skip this and save on the service fee. read more

Every time I'm here the food is absolutely fantastic. Tonight we had truffle mushroom risotto, rigatoni bolognese, and gluten free pasta with shrimp. For apps, we also had baked clams and asked to swap out the mussels for clams and they were very nice about accommodating the substitution. All I can say is that the food was off the charts delicious. The service was a little slow - they were out of wine glasses at one point - but honestly I couldn't care less for food this good. The pinwheel (evidenced by still having raw dough inside) wasn't hard as a rock, which was good. The waitress came every 5-10 minutes, brought us refills quickly when asked, and offered to change the pinwheels out or heat them in the oven more, which was great. Used to basically live in this restaurant but stopped coming here for many years because of incredibly rude incident with a waitress. Just recently returned only to encounter same rudeness. Got an eye roll for not ordering enough food, no one came to table to fill water glasses, ordered food that was never brought to the table and had diarrhea all night from what I ate there. Will not be coming back. Not to mention a totally unfriendly vibe. I used to go to Pizzaiola all the time in years past. The food was always awesome, as was the service. Last night, after not having been there in quite a number of years, I left disappointed; not because it was a bad experience, but because it wasn't as good as I remembered. The table my party was seated at was not the best (table 201 according to the receipt). It was a heavily trafficked area and the table wasn't large enough for the pizza and entrees my party ordered. People passing by were within a foot of our pizza which was placed at the end of the table, next to the passageway. Also, the service wasn't as efficient as I remembered. It wasn't bad, but not what it was like in the past. It took quite a long time for someone to just come by and take our order, bring water, and place a basket of bread on the table. Once the dishes came out, they were "meh." Not bad, but just ok. Also if your order is above a certain amount they give you like a billion breadsticks for complimentary (they kinda make me gassy though). Honestly this restaurant is really good and I recommend. We order from this pizza place several times for years and stopped since the order was messed up a few times and took over 45 minutes. Tonight we decided to give them another try... lo and behold I called to order three dinners to be delivered.. the girl told me I couldn't order Rigatoni as part of a chicken cutlet dinner... I couldn't get it through her head that we always had dinners with Rigatoni and could we order spaghetti with meatballs and sausage but no chicken cutlet with rigatoni.. my husband called back and no problem he ordered!
