Yo. This place is amazing. If you are a carnivore and prefer a low carb diet, this place is for you. Their cauliflower crust is fucking outstanding. Sorry for the expletive, but it's that good. For folks that like traditional crust, this place is all that and a bag of chips Of all the options in the area, my kids prefer Pizza Bar over all others. I do too because of the cauliflower crust. I really get to satisfy the craving for a good slice without busting my gut with a carb bomb. The atmosphere is great, the staff is friendly and attentive as well. Great customer service and such a clean environment. As far as the other reviews go, why would people leave a review based off of a mask mandate? That's nuts! Went to the bar and another patron commented on the temperature as well. Ordered a pizza this afternoon and the cook accidentally read the ticket wrong and cooked up the wrong pie. When the owner found out, he not only gave me the pie, but put together a mix of other slices to box up a whole second pie at no charge. Amazing service! I was super happy to come across this spot while on lunch break. I love a pizza by slice spot. I walked in and was greeted with big smiles from the staff. I ordered two slices and the staff recommend the 2 slice special That came with a drink. The Bbq chicken slice was my favorite. 2 yummy slices and a fountain drink for under 11$ is a great deal! They have a happy house with 3$ slices from 2-5:30 dine in only. The also have a cute bar area for beer and wine. Super nice and reasonable prices. This location used to be Flippin Pizza and I have to say it's slightly worse so not sure why the location went under. This place honestly feels like a soulless version of Flippin Pizza. I stopped in for 3 slices and a beer and it came out to $18. A bit pricy if you ask me. I can go to Almalfi and get a whole pizza that's worlds better and a beer for that price so I began to question why I came here. I got pepperoni, pesto mushroom and margarita slices. The crust of the pizza here still has that previously frozen cardboard look and taste. I would describe the ingredients as medium-low quality. Any time the cheese turns that brown bubbly color you know the pizza, cheese and oven are not the best quality. Service was interesting here, the manager had no mask while a couple associates had them. Overall I didn't get the most welcoming vibe here. The music they play is honestly trash, irrelevant late 2000's pop like Katy Perry. Pepperoni slice was floppy and heavy with sauce as another reviewer pointed out. The margarita slice was perhaps the worst with the bubbly cheese and low quality ingredients. The crust was very cardboard like as well. I usually eat the crust but simply couldn't with this pizza, it didn't taste like food on the margarita slice if I'm being honest. The pesto mushroom slice was the best but I could tell the mushrooms were low quality and not organic. Overall I would not return here unless maybe there is new management or they vastly improve. read more

Great tasting pizzas, competitive prices, and awesome build-out for a fast-casual restaurant. I have ordered take-out from here a few times, but decided to dine-in tonight. Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience tonight. I hope this experience was an isolated incident, and this review is more of a message to the business. My family and I came in and ordered at 6 PM on a Sunday evening. Dine-in was not yet packed, about 40% capacity, but there was a large group of customers waiting for their food. We ordered a Caprese salad and 12" cauliflower pizza. Firstly, we had to wait 1 hour for our pizza. I understand restaurants all over are short-staffed, but this is still unacceptable for a pizza. Secondly, the pizza was brought to our table in a TO-GO BOX, with no plates or utensils. All the parties around us had a pizza tray and stand. Maybe they were suggesting we hurry up and get out? I find this unfortunate because Pizza Bar makes great pies and its quite close to our home. Again, this is most likely an isolated incident, but difficult to accept nonetheless. Then our pizza had a hair in it which we found 2nd slice in. Didn't even want to think about eating something else from here so literally got up and walked out. Paid $40 and couldn't eat the meal. Lots of people working and can't say I saw the front staff working the ordering even washing their hands before delivering food.
