I saw that they recently built an outdoor deck so we'll have to come back to check that out.

I tried the porter, DIPA and the seltzer. Although the DIPA was the best brew of the bunch, it was a warm day and the fruit punch seltzer was perfect. The restaurant has an industrial vibe with a large bar area, a smaller dining room, and big bright windows that make it feel open and inviting. We came during the lunch rush on a week day, but the line moved quickly and we had no trouble finding a table. I tried the new chicken parmesan sandwich, and it was so good! It was filling and came with a bag of chips, which made for a satisfying lunch. I also ordered a Caesar salad. It was just okay overall, but I really liked the dressing, and they were generous with the Parmesan cheese. Overall, I'd definitely come back. Next time I'll probably skip the salad and try one of their pizzas instead.

Sipping on a sweet & scrumptious mead has been around for centuries but not everyone knows what all the Buzz is about. Mead is an alcoholic beverage made from honey. I'm a cider and Mead kinda gal in general so this is right up my alley. Meadiorcrity specifically specializes in Mead. Nothing Mediocre about it tho!!! So many flavors to choose from. On our visit we each got a flight that includes 4 tastings. That way we could try most of what's offered on tap! I liked each taster and each one was my favorite ~~ for its own unique reason. Some had notes of mint, cardamom, and or lime. All had such complementary notes that fused beautifully together! We enjoyed sitting on a cozy couch and chilled and chatting like we were in a cozy living room space. Family friendly and they have games available to play while you are there. Outside food is welcome as well. If you have a need for Mead this is a great choice to buzzzz on by!

But we ordered from that menu. We ordered the fried plantain that came with a sauce and cilantro, sausage and pepper soup, and the BBQ pork. I enjoyed everything except for the plantain. They were basically a huge disc that was slightly crunchy. I was not expecting that since if I want a crunchy plantain, I will eat actual plantain chips. The soup was fantastic! It was a bit spicy but not overwhelming and full of flavor. Wish I ordered a bowl instead of a cup. And last but not least, the BBQ pork was very good. Served on lettuce as well, so if you are doing keto you can omit eating the tortillas that came with the dish. It also had pickled red onions and a salsa. The salsa was mild and with everything in the taco, flavors were balanced. We also ordered 6 Cajun wings. But today, they didn't seem as flavorful, a pity really. A grilled cheese was ordered but with hamburger meat inside. That seemed good and it came with fries.
