Now things are getting heated and we asked for our bill before it escalates any further. The manager passively apologized for her and comped one of our tabs but didn't leave us confident anything would actually change. I thanked him for his gesture but explained it's not about the money, it's the crazy treatment to customers just trying to enjoy their night.
