I come here every few months. It has changed quite a bit since the beginning. They've tried a few restaurant concepts that just haven't seemed to work out. Last I was there, they had a food truck which I much prefer over the restaurants. I also saw people bringing in their own food. They had a lot of beer and one wine selection, now they have beer, spirits and wine. It's much more balanced. They still have the arcade and games upstairs. They have a lot of live music which is great. They have bingo, charity events and a calendar full of activities for everyone. I've enjoyed watching it morph over the years, but I really like where it's at now.
I've been here many time over the years and have never been disappointed by them. This most recent time was the first time in years and it was for a work holiday party. We actually had a previous holiday work party there a couple years ago and it was great then too. We were downstairs last time and upstairs this time. All the staff were great. I had a drink from each spot and everyone was so friendly. The guy at the wine place was all smiles and let me taste before I chose. The woman at the middle one made a great drink and was really nice. The brewery at the end was great too and they shared about when the burger place left. I hope colab stays in business. It's a great place to meet and had a guy playing live music too. And a wing food stand outside. Try it if you haven't!
Came here for the first time for a private event, we took up the whole upper level, that had vintage arcade games and plenty of seating. Colab is such a great place for a date night or to come after work, with friends. Drink varieties from Propaganda winery , 117 west spirits, and Breakwater Brewing. They have bingo nights and other events on their monthly calendar! Great experience will be back
Casual place to kick back and listen to music.. and have a beer. My husband had the tacos at the new Mexican restaurant and they looked good.
Great place to hang out with friends! They have beer, spirits, wine, and games! The workers are really cool here. You can hang out inside or outside. There are video games and games you can play outside like darts, corn hole, and connect four. I saw an axe throwing area too!

There are plenty of seating options at Colab public house. You could sit outdoors on the back patio, on the front patio, or in the upstairs loft area or in the main seating area. Main seating area has couches, chairs, high and low tables, and a bar. You should be able to find something to meet your needs. Upstairs in the loft they have video and interactive games. Inside they have permanent vendors for wine, beer and spirits. They also have one Italian restaurant. They also host food trucks. Look for the calendar to determine what's going on daily. They offer events such as trivia and live music. They do have service at the tables to pick up plates, but other than that, you must pick up your own items from the vendor.
Fun spot for a casual outing. Enjoy food, drink, live music, and fun activities. Service was friendly and accommodating. Very casual spot.
Fun atmosphere with several drink options. Propaganda wine is a must try. The whiskey place I think it's called 117 is a don't waste your money. Drinks are mediocre at best and not worth the price. Also not made properly, huge disappointment. The Italian food was good with us liking the spicy honey pepperoni pizza the best. They have great events every day of the month. The bingo is a must try
I like this lil spot cus there are several lil spots all in one. Last time we came here there was a burger spot that was fire af but they took forever to make my burger, like 30 mins lol. This time there was an Italian spot there and the pizza wasn't too bad. It's hard to leave a review for everything in here and that's why I'm giving a five star bc of the experience and that's what it's about for me! As long as I have a good time and ain't hangry I'm a happy girl. Also, the first time we came was on a busy Sat night and they had live music. On a Wednesday they were playing trivia games lol but seems like they have a happy lil group of locals that chill here. I hope they give prizes lol.

It is in the same center that Indian Joe's used to be in, and the idea of a collaboration spot seemed like a fun idea. We came for Bingo night, because who doesn't like Bingo! We came right over after work, so we ended up grabbing some food here at the Italian place inside, and I don't feel any need to order from them again. The brewery area had a lot of great choices, including a few sours which is always a plus. While I did not check out the winery, I did grab a drink at the distillery which was very good. Overall, I had fun, I would say that most of the employees which I spoke to were kind of stand offish, not sure if there was anything that would make me feel the need to go back unless specifically meeting some friends here.
We loved the variety and friendly service!!! We started with some delicious brewery beers. My husband got a hazy and I got a brown ale. They were both delicious! I then got a margarita at the cocktail section and it was pretty good. A little light on tequila haha Lastly, we got a bottle of wine at the winery. She accidentally poured me a glass instead of bottle but let me keep it. She also gave me a wine Jell-O shot which is bizarre, but somehow works! She was so sweet! We went to the pizza place and the pizza was decent. I got the fettuccini Alfredo which was wonderful. My mom got the arancini and though they were great. We went for trivia night and it was such a fun experience! Check this place out!

Stopped by Colab Public House recently and it did not disappoint. Easily one of the best Old Fashioneds I've had in North County--perfectly balanced and smooth. The vibe here is always on point--laid back, good energy, and a great place to hang out. Really excited to see Mexico City Cuisine back too. The food was excellent--fresh, flavorful, and definitely worth coming back for. This spot just keeps getting better every time I visit. read more

We always feel good coming to Colab. The coming together of brews, wine, and cocktails makes it a perfect spot for a hangout were everyone can get their drink of choice. The service is always good and attentive, and it's great that they offer social options like bingo/trivia nights and live music. They once again have an in-house food service operated by Mexico City Cuisine. I tried thier street tacos with beans and Mexican White Garlic rice and it was delicious. Keep up the great job Colab partners and see you again soon. read more

This place is really cute. The downstairs has a wine bar, a hard liquor bar, a kombucha bar, and a beer bar. There is also a pizza shop that opens at 4 PM. Upstairs is a cute little arcade with a couple of games to play and some claw activities. Lots of seating all around! There is also an outside area in the back, which is really fun that has darts, Jenga, and a large connect for. You can also reserve 24 hours in advance to do the hatchet throwing. Sometimes there are food trucks there when we were there. There was a taco truck and it was really great Carne Asada fries! If you don't love pizza, make sure to check ahead of time to see if they're gonna be any food trucks there because the pizza is the only option inside. read more

This is a nice location to meet up with friends or also just on your own. It is a large open space. They have different vendors available for adult beverages and also a food place. They have live music nights, bingo and trivia. I was there for the music and it was enjoyable. It's a good option as there is something for everyone. read more

Just stopped in for a drink and to play Scrabble. Hubby had a beer, I had a glass of wine. Both were good. Only food is pizza and pasta, which we did not try. The "spirits" place appears to be closed. It was an enjoyable time, but probably won't be back. read more
Very nice vibe with lots of seating options. Family friendly too. Wish they had more food options besides just Mom's Pizza & Pasta (food was just so so). So many drink options with a winery, breweries & mixed drink bar. Great use of a shared space. read more

This place just got a new restaurant and it's a game changer! The food is delicious, the pizza is amazing.... Great flatbreads, pizzas, appetizers and vegetarian options. Propaganda Wine has great wine, really really great wine and options. Very dog and child friendly too which is super great for a date night or family evening out. read more

Great place to drink and grab snacks in Vista Ca. This space has Propaganda winery, 2 other breweries, 117 spirits for some cocktails and Olive Branch, which is the restaurant that replaced Baby's burgers. Yes sad to see it go. olive branch focuses on making flatbreads, fish n chip and wings. I haven't had it yet except the fried fish it served at the propaganda party today and it was delicious. The normal fish is fried red snapper. Anyway, I love coming here to propaganda wine and if you feel like having a cocktail or beer, it's here too! read more

Still one of the best spots in the city--hands down. I feel genuinely lucky to be a regular here. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the staff treats you like family (the cool kind, not the weird holiday-dinner kind), and the trivia nights? Elite. This place popped up on my Yelp suggestions so we decided to give it a try. First impressions were WOW!!! Three different brewers to choose from and wine. Baby's Burgers is in there also, but we will come back to that. Upstairs has games for the kids to play. Only downside is that it costs a dollar for every game. Then there's the outdoor games and tables. Very family friendly. And the best part is you can bring your dogs. Now for Baby's. The young lady working the register is very nice. Good selection of burgers. And they have a kids menu. The burgers are absolutely delicious. Nice size patty and the freshest bun ever. Definitely worth a try. read more

Food (5/5 stars): We love the vibes at CoLab Public House in Vista. It's home to three breweries, one winery, and a burger spot! I tried the She's Smokin burger at Baby's and thoroughly enjoyed it. I'm a sucker for any burger with bacon, BBQ sauce, and crispy onions. The highlight was the fatty and crispy bacon--just how I like it! I was amazed by the thickness of the patty, just wish it were a little juicier. Overall, highly recommend this burger spot and venue! This is a very cool spot. Kid-friendly, too. It's a "colab-boration" of several different business, get it? There's a burger joint (Baby's, really good burgers, among other things), at least three micro-breweries, and a wine bar. It's a huge space with two levels. The decor is very cool. There's an arcade on the second floor with about 6 or 7 games. The games aren't cheap but they're fun. I didn't absolutely love my beers but they were decent and, because there are three breweries, there are a ton of options (and not all of them are IPAs, yay!). The glass wine I tried was delicious but on the pricey side. Baby's serves a number of excellent burgers but they also have chicken sandwiches, wings, pizzas, salads, fries, etc. They definitely have more options than just burgers. There are a lot of TVs for game watching and they frequently hold events. Plenty of free parking in the lot and they have some outside seating, too. Very casual, fun spot. Cheers! read more

Are outside cakes allowed? Meeting up with a group of friends for a birthday.
Yes they have lots of groups come in for events like birthdays, showers etc. As long as your group is patronizing the businesses there they will be fine with a cake.

Every tenant has different specials that rotate depending on what's on tap or available in bottles, so you have to come in and ask to see what they are.…
